Jorge and team did an amazing job as always today. I’ve been coming here intermittently for years and y’all have always done such a great job making my car tidy and beautiful again after my dog and kids and travels trash it! Your business was literally on my list of all the “pros” for moving back to Chester a few years ago! Great job and thanks for making Chester great too.

Very bad cleaning inside the car. I had to clean it myself after they finished. The windows were left very dirty, the doors from inside weren’t cleaned properly, and I paid $56 for this. I won’t go back.

They did a nice job cleaning the car. However the main guy was very rude. Tried to up charge me and rolled his eyes when i told him i just needed a vacuum and wash. Wont be back for his rudeness.

Extremely happy with our detailing. We had interior and exterior issues with our 3 year old Honda. Car looks and smells almost brand new. Will return again. Thanks!

$18 for a premium level exterior cleaning with hand wash and dry features? You can't beat that. Plus the guys working there are cute, so that's a plus.

WAS a regular customer until today!!!! Absolutely horrible experience ! What a RIP OFF artist !!!!! Prices posted are NOT what I was charged!! I was charged $54 for a regular full service car wash. I’m sure it was because my daughter pulled up in a Porsche Cayenne!!! This is crazy for a basic / regular outside wash ( no wax or detailing) and vacuum/ clean interior.. in addition another younger 20 something woman was charged $ 75 for the same service and was completely shocked! When we inquired he responded was because our interiors were different. When we referred to the board that had a pricing of $20 he simply said that it wasn’t in. Nobody was called the pricing for interior laid out on the building with the other prices. Finally, my daughter also inquired by bringing her other SUV which we have done before in the past for a hand wash said they needed a CCR deposit and then booked the wrong date for her after confirming multiple times that it would be this week. He booked it for July 4 knowingly that nobody would show up on July 4. We went back and questioned this saying we agreed-upon this Thursday and then here tried to gaslight her and convince her that he showed her to calendar when that’s not the case at all since I was there. We then canceled our appointment and got refunded our deposit with major hassle in doing so. Such a shame are used to go to this place all the time and now it’s just a greedy money pack subpar job.

This is not my first time using this car wash regular customer.
I like to say Chester car wash owner is on point.
We had incident at the car wash with my vehicle. owner careful for it from beginning to end.
And kept me in the loop.
I like to thank owner and manager for keeping me at ease throughout the process.

I have been going to Chester car wash on a regular basis. My 2024 Jaguar XF always looks perfect. The gentlemen were so patient when I could not get my new car in neutral. ?♀️They smiled & put it in neutral .
Prior to this car ……my 2015 LandRover always looked like new , they always go above & beyond with a smile. Just the best. Thank you for taking such pride in your work.

First time there , I thought I was in the twilight zone. Over one hour waiting for full service car wash. I was ok with waiting until I saw the way these guys worked . I watched one guy spend 20 min vacuuming out a trunk that was clean after two min. . This is a car wash not a detailing place. Vacuumi the damn thing quick and move on . They spend 10 minutes on a set of floor mats that aren’t even dirty. It was a brutal experience . I’m literally sunburned from waiting outside so long. Get some new workers.

First time going. Went by reviews. Got a wash which was on the higher side but figured you get what you pay for. Little waiting time. Got my truck back. Windshield has soap stains on it. Just had the tint on my truck done 2 weeks ago. Now it has scratches on it. I'm sure they will say it's not there fault. Needless to say this will be my last time going.
