Young lady that helped me find my size as I was confused was very helpful. Jeans were on sale and in a different location and sales associate was helpful. Clean store especially during covid-19. Great sales. Friendly, well run.

The staff, which included 4 teen/young adults and 1 50 something, entirely ignored shoppers. No greeting, no “can I help”, no interaction at all. A simple “hello” should be mandatory. Won’t be returning!

The staff never acknowledged me when I walked in despite a member working within feet of the entrance. The mens jeans sizes were not properly sorted and after no one offered to assist me (I was the only shopper in the store) in locating my size we decided to leave. When a caucasian gal walked into the store as we were leaving, the member at the front door promptly acknowledged her. I won't be coming back to this store. This is the 2nd experience I've had with the staff demonstrating poor customer service I've seen more professionalism from grade school kids selling cookies.

If I can give this store no stars I would. I went into this store to shop for a gift. However my experience was terrible. Let’s just say they racially profiled me!!! So I am a Latina American and I believe they must have thought that maybe I was African American, I really don’t know. I went I. To shop with my two daughters and my son. One of my daughters is fare skinned and blonde like my husband, while my other two children are tanned like myself.Anyway to make a long story short they followed us throughout the entire store and wouldn’t leave sight of us. Also they had the nerve to question my daughter the blonde and ask her if I was really her mother!!!! I was disgusted by their actions!!! I will never shop there again. I rather drive to garden state plaza that’s almost an hour away. Worst store and customer experience/ service ever!!!!

Gap is Gap is Gap Kids is Baby Gap. You know why you are going there before you even go. If you live in the area, this is the best location. The staff is very accommodating and the selection of clothing is better than Rockaway. I almost don't want to say that because I don't want to be fighting over that last pair of jeans on the sales rack, but it's true. The store itself, the selection and the staff are far superior to the Rockaway location. Most of the women who work here will go out of their way to help you. There is a small section with a table and books for your little ones. It works as a nice distraction to keep them busy while you try to buy them a nice wardrobe. With the way the economy is these days if you buy anything here full price...you're a fool. They have sales almost daily and often you can get great clothes for a steal. If you haven't been to this location, I recommend it. It's a Gap store and they make you feel at home because they are all local peeps working here so they are more personable than other locations.
