A beautiful group of ladies that multi task, make the customer number one and your experience memorable. The store is superbly kept. I highly recommend this location and especially the assistant manager that went above and beyond for me.

HORRIBLE. I don't know what happened to this Ann Taylor. I came here a couple months ago, and experienced the best service and staff. Attentive and kind. When I came in the other day, I experience the complete opposite. No one greeted my sister and I, at any point, nor did anyone offer to start a dressing room for us after 10 minutes of shopping and clearly struggling to hold the clothes I wanted to try on. Finally, I had to ask twice for a dressing room. The cashier was so nasty the entire time, and was complaining from the moment we walked in the door to the other employee about a large return order she had to complete. It looked like she just didn't want to do the return, and was avoiding it and all her other duties. Finally, when I went to pay, I had the most degrading and rude experience in my life at a high end clothing store. I'm 22 years old, spending over $200 on a suit is a big deal for me, and since I had such a great experience at this Ann Taylor store before, I expected the service to match the product again. I put my clothes on the counter and she roughly snatched them - I was honestly nervous she was going to pull a thread. Didn't even fold nicely. When I simply asked "do you still do student discounts?" She snapped "no," and then backtracked "not on sale items." Confused, because three months ago they honored student discounts on sale items, I replied "oh can you help me understand that further? I was here a couple months ago and the gentleman even asked me if I was a student before paying because they have the discount." This seemed to annoy her and make her mad that she had to put in additional effort to answer my question. "There are no male employees that work here." I nicely let her know that a few months ago there was, he was the manager, and very very kind. To this, she snaps "I can get out the handbook and u can read it yourself"...she said this SO angrily. "No, it's ok, I was just trying to understand" I said. She smirked. I walked out feeling dejected, embarrassed, and regretting that I spent money at a place where I was treated so lowly and rudely. Just horrible customer service. This employee needs to go. Ann Taylor, please feel free to contact me about this horrendous experience I had at your store. I'm still upset about this.

The associates (Karen and Cathy) at the Chester store are just fabulous! I had an issue with an order error and a tight deadline for needing to receive it. They contacted corporate and painstakingly argued for me to get my order not only in record time but comped my shipping and got me an additional discount for my troubles. Excellent customer service at this location!

As I follow my girlfriend around, lap after lap, in search of something she saw online, no one asked if we needed help. Which, of course we do. Anyone with eyes could see she was a woman with a purpose. Found the item, was not satisfied with the fit. God save any man shopping with his significant other.

Every time I shop at Anne Taylor in Chester I feel like a celebrity. The sales staff is helpful and great at finding items that fit me well that I might never have selected myself.

The rudest staff you can ever meet. Every last one of them. That store used to have the most gracious, helpful people. Not sure who runs that ship now but I will never go there again.

The half dozen times I have been in there, they have been almost rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They were not helpful at all. The one girl even made a snide remark because I was returning a pair of pants that were the wrong style pant, by her recommendation last time I was in none the less. I reminded her that she was the one who helped me. I thought at first it just might have been one person or that person was not having a good day. However, it's been consistent. I won't even order online anymore because I don't want to go to that store to return anything if I had to.

I went to shop for my girlfriend at this store and was APPAULED to be met by a young man whom I thought was a delivery boy -looked like he just fell out of bed and didnt seem to have good hygiene with his pants hanging below his bottom all the women were very well dressed but I'll never shop again at this store especially dealing with this person I'm surprised Ann Taylor would let this happen-very disappointed -I will share this with corporate they should know and the District manager should be talked too
