“Ive had the pleasure of working with Chris and the APD crew for years. They have always hit the mark no matter the challenge. Personally I have never had the opportunity to be a receiving party of the APD service and as I already knew it would be it was an incredible job. There was not a spot missed or a crevice not cleaned. My carpets looked immaculate the exterior looked amazing. As most of us know the dealership does a "delivery prep" ,but I wish that this is what my car looked like on the day of delivery . No matter the job APD has it covered. “I took my 2001Jaguar XK8 convertible to several shops and none of them could repair the problem I was having. A friend suggested Desi Auto Care. I called them and they were very nice on the phone. I took my car there and they repaired it correctly. It took them a little while but they did an excellent job. The people working there were very nice. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone with an exotic car. Cudos!”

“Came in for an alignment, something I feel is easily falsified and said is completely screwed up, even if it might not be. Easy way to loose $150 for nothing. Manager came out and told me it was completely fine, gave me a print out of it. I almost went to a place that probably would have charged me for it and not stated it was ok. I’m not local, but will be soon and will come here for problems I have.”
“The last couple of months have been rough for me and my family. I had fallen into a place where my car had been neglected for some pretty critical repairs. I was able to send an email inquiring about their service from the website which was answered fairly quickly. They were able to let me make an appointment at the time of response for a week later. I was nervous leading up to today because car repairs can be very expensive and repair shops can be intimidating to deal with. I was able to drop my car off in the morning, and it was fixed and running great by the late afternoon. The technicians were fast and knowledgeable. Heather, who was coordinating everything was wonderful. I highly recommend this shop and will be taking any business I have back to them from now on.”

“I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’m never disappointed when I leave. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work and the results show. From oil changes, to replacing my alternator, and brake work, I always know my car is in safe hands when I bring it here.I recently had my clutch and flywheel replaced on my manual transmission and Rob had it done in 2 days when most places would keep your car for a week for work like that. Now it drives like the day I first bought it, if not better! Every time I take it in, Rob is very thorough with updates on repair time, what needs to be done along with pictures of the work being done. I went to Tires Plus in Williamstown and they would not install tires on my car, as I stood at the counter with cash in my hand, because I did not want to give them my email address.
I left and on the referral of the Great Adventure ‘more flags more fun’ bald guy I came here.
I told them the story and they laughed. 45 mins later i left with 4 new tires and no headaches.
