Went to this xfinity store to resolve an issue, about a technician who scratched our brand new I phone15. We were treated in an unprofessional, Rude manner by the store manager Jill, who lied to us, and who should absolutely not be in her position as manager. Shame on you Comcast you can do better...

Received email notifying me that I need to update my xfinity internet box in order to use new 10G. Box would be shipped to me at no charge and with instructions to install. Box arrived with absolutely no instructions. Called customer service and requested instructions. Told no written instructions exist. Spoke to several foreign customer service folks, each harder to understand than the previous. Absolutely no way to get assistance with this issue from a “live” US based representative. The phone numbers take you round and round with no resolution. Now my home internet isn’t working and I didn’t install the box or activate it. Zero customer support worth anything. Looking for numbers to cancel this service. The worst experience I’ve ever encountered!

I canceled my service with them. I pay over 300.00 a month I wanna talk to a live person. Getting to a live agent is like pulling teeth. All the money people pay they want customer service not no automated person

I wanted to move my wife and myself onto the same plan. They had us sign up at the end of a month when there were no deals for new phones, telling us we could get a new phone with a deal the next month. They then gave us a deal on a phone and two days later increased the monthly price 300%. $5/month to $30. Stay away from this location.

Considering the state of our economy and the rising costs of internet services. The customer service folks are very pleasant and helpful. If you have technical difficulties, that's the place for billing. I suggest prayer.

I truly wonder if the people at the helm of this organization has ever walked into this location under disguise to really grasp some of the not less than barbaric behavior by the people they pay with my hard earned money Michael Thomas is outstanding If you want th experience of being an inmate not following orders in the food line then JEFF IS THE MAN FOR YOU He would be highly successful at preventing repeat offenders This man is savage, crude, loud , disrespectful and grossly unprofessional Well his conduct along with the globes winner for worst customer service, I am heading back with my face covered back to VERIZON FIOS. I just left the Cherry Hill Xfinity store in a completely different disposition than when I walked in. I spent two and a half hours on the phone with Xfinity customer service last night to no avail, so I made a store appointment today. First, I was paired with a new employee who said he couldn’t assist me and that I’d have to call customer service myself, but Tom D. overheard and came over right away to help. Tom was able to connect with customer service, walk through it with them, and help me resolve my issue in only a few minutes. He joked with me, reassured me along the way, and gave me an exceptional customer service experience. I left the store with a smile on my face, leaps and bounds from how I felt when I walked in. Thanks a million, Tom. You truly saved the day.

Had to return an old cablebox and modem was in and out of the store before I know it. The very friendly young man who greeted me as soon as I walked into the door asked if he was he could help me or put me in the right direction if couldn't but he was able to take care of what I needed to do with a smile. I wish I remembered his name because he deserves it brought to someone's attention because he was so helpful and happy to do it and he is such a good employee he really deserves a acknowledgement of his experience and excellent customer service he gave me.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR WHAT YOU NEED FIRST OR GO TO DEPTFORD. I came in just for a router and basic internet as I’m well knowledgeable when it comes to internet service. I spent two days (separate visits), multiple times trying to explain that the guy who just sold me my house has an existing account with Xfinity, I just need to sign up for a new account..they REFUSED to give me a router same day and said I would need to pay for a technician which would be a week out. I called customer service to have my needs met and it was done no problem. I was then able to pick up my router and hook it up same day. Store is full of scams & bad information. Throwing a football out front of the store was higher priority. Grow up.

I never received a text about a review on the Employee Tom so I hope Xfinity sees this. Tom was an absolute wonderful employee, he was helpful, professional, and executed everything in a timely manner! 10/10
