“They are stocking the wrong sizes/not enough of the popular sizes it seems. In men's they don't stock over a 40 in pants in store anymore and in womens A LOT of things were out of L or XL but was abundant in XS and S. Still good quality things for the price tho!”

He spent time; gave excellent recommendations helping me find shoes that fit after protracted heel reconstruction. He was kind, patient, knows his products. New Balance is fortunate to have a sales person of his caliber.”

2000 NJ-38, Cherry Hill“Went to this Old Navy for the first time just to browse but came out with two outfits, looking forward to wearing them once the weather warms up. I’m normally overwhelmed in stores shopping due to the disorganization and too many people. I didn’t feel this way after this shopping trip so that was a plus.
Pros: Items were organized and easy to find.
Cons: Maybe I missed the carts or carry bags but I had to carry all items in my arms around the store to try on at the fitting room.”
“I brought my wife an hour and a half to the boot barn, and they literally had only two pairs of cowboy boots in her size 5. But the young lady there who was laser focused on customer service fitted her with a pair size 3 in the kids department, which fit perfect and my wife was very happy with. It didn’t get five stars because of the lack of inventory for women’s size 5 so if you find yourself looking for a pair of cowgirl boots in size 5, I suggest you call before you go.”

Mostly up to date band and anime print shirts and items that are currently in season like pins or accessories. The staff was helpful and everything pretty much explained itself. The stacks seemed to be maintained very well and did not give a messy vibe at all as if people had been rumaging through.”
“Excuse me I had the best service today??? Mo was an absolute treasure! Today was the last day to redeem vans points conversion vouchers, so we got to talking about the videos and the education that the vans family program gave to the community. It was honestly lovely. I've been wearing vans over half my life and that was the coolest rewards program I've ever been a part of. Now that they're changing the rewards system, I hope vans continues to platform artists and showcase skate documentaries around the world because it was a fantastic experience.”

“My experience with the staff at Michelle Manelli was excellent. If you need a dress altered, this is who you need go to. I had three appointment (1st- was to discuss the alterations, 2nd- try on and set bustle and 3rd- pick up). Each visit was quick and easy and they listened to what I wanted and nailed it! I wanted to added pearl lace to the top and have the dress taken in. They set realistic expectations and were always professional. Thank you for making my wedding day extra special with the excellent service you provided. I looked and felt beautiful!”

Grabbed a vest off the rack, and went inside... greeted cheerfully by staff. Asked if I wanted to try on vest, so I did. Was surprisingly offered to be shown like 3 different ways to wear it. I was in a hurry so I didn't really get to look around. Traffic was steady with people constantly coming in. Staff were very polite, helpful and engaging. I'm not one to shop much for clothing but I'd come back here if I'm in the area again. Beautiful clothing displays and accessories. I honestly can't wait to get back to take a thorough look.”

I come here for breakfast with colleagues. The foods is brought out look like eating in the palace”
“This Talbots is not far from the Cherry Hill mall and had friendly, helpful salespeople. They helped me with a return and alerted me to an additional discount for shopping in my birthday month. I like their T by Talbots and Haven lines for cozy, leisure clothes. The retail prices are a little high but most items are discounted.”
“Alex is a diamond in the rough!! I called in to see if there was a dress available and not only did he walk all the way around the store looking for it he realized another customer was trying it on so he said to call back. I called back and he put both that size and another size aside for me. He has no idea how much he helped me out just by doing that. I was in such a hurry and the time i saved because he helped me was amazing!! PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! It’s very hard to find people like him and you don’t want to loose him!!!!”

“Today I came in to return a pair of Vince Camuto flats. The employee who assisted me at the register was Marie ( Black lady, short bob wig with an accent)
Marie most certainly needs training on customer service ASAP.
When I walked up to the register, I don’t recall if she spoke first or not however I said “ hello, I’m here for a return” . At that time she paused and just starred at me…She then apologized and said that she thought there was “more to the sentence” . She mentioned that she was expecting me to say “but” and finish their sentence as she paired that with a chuckle….I then gave her the receipt and shoes and confirmed that the shoes were just too tight. She inspected the shoes as she should then asked when had I purchased them. I confirmed that I bought the shoes just 24hrs prior, at that time she asked if I was sure ….i confirmed and tried looking at the receipt that was on the table to search for the date and time. She then goes on to tell me my receipt does not match and continued to look at the receipt and shoe. There’s no eye contact or communication, she was more so talking to herself. She proceeded with the return and explained that she assumed the price of the shoe would be at least a few hundred dollars instead of the $39 discount price…..She clearly assumed that I had switched tags or was trying to scam her in someway and was very direct in treating me as such. I have never had a bad experience at this location however she completely turned me off from shopping here.
I work in hotel sales so I take customer service very seriously, not only when I’m at work but just in every day interactions so I couldn’t understand how she felt her actions were within Nordstrom standards. Also, if she was educated in brands, she would know that Vince Camuto shoes are often discounted for very affordable prices even in Burlington Coat Factory so her comment that she assumed the price should be in the high hundreds confused me but hey. ??♀️”

It took longer than it should've to complete the return as well. The store however was very clean and they had a wide selection. I didn't have time to look around at the clothes, but they did have a lot of different choices.”
