I had a great experience ordering my new truck with Winner Ford. Chris, my salesperson, was awesome—he guided me through the entire process and kept me updated from pre-production to delivery. After some less-than-great experiences at other dealerships, working with Winner was a huge relief. I expected the process to be overwhelming, but they made it easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Alot of unresolved issues with service department. Start stop feature has not worked since I got the car (brand new delivery from factory) took 2 months for anything to happen with them fixing it and it still doesn't work. The car has bad body panel allignments and service supervisor refuses to fix it.

Recently purchased a 2024 F-150 from Winner Ford for a work fleet vehicle. Dino, Robert and Jamar were all a pleasure to work with and the follow up for paperwork and tags was a breeze. Will be going back to Winner Ford next time I need a new or used vehicle.

I have to admit I was uncertain at first about Winner Ford but after meeting with the general manager Domenic Rucci And Lavern Ford vehicle exchange coordinator, It put my mind at ease I felt welcome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for customer service I have already been at Winner Ford for the third time this month. Great dealership, Relaxing atmosphere and Lounge area while you wait! Looking forward for future services..

During my recent maintenance visit to Winner Ford their service was exceptional! They quickly diagnosed my vehicle's issues and provided a clear timeline for the maintenance work. They kept me informed throughout the process, explaining what needed to be done and why. The staff was friendly and professional, making my experience pleasant from start to finish. The maintenance was performed thoroughly, ensuring my car was in excellent condition when I picked it up. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the wait more pleasant. The art on the walls were extremely interesting.
Overall, Winner Fords attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out during my visit, I look forward to future experiences and purchasing my next vehicle.

Left the truck to fix ac. They changed my pcm and they had my truck for alomost a month. Ac still not fix and now my remote start doesn’t work anymore. Disappointed not coming to this ford again.

I had my car serviced at Winner Ford this week and it was a pleasure. They offered their valet service to me and I was thrilled with it. My car was picked up and delivered back home when service was complete. It was the easiest car service I have ever experienced. The service was great as well.
