This is the one of very few reviews I have ever written. It is very long winded, however worth the effort based off the service I received. Cliff Notes. Excellent Experience, will shop here again, and will recommend to others.I ordered a cookware set for the Tugboat I work on. The order was placed online, and I found out it was back ordered a few days later. I was using a corporate card, and only had the cookware budget for the month of February. The cc doesn't get charged until the item ships. The item was scheduled to ship on March 14. One call to customer service, they located the inventory to fill my order at the Cherry Hill, Nj store. They called the store for me, and had them gather all of the items to the front counter.Again, I'm on a tugboat. No transportation, we have to hire a car service to go pick up the set.We walk in the store, our order was sitting there waiting for us, we paid, cancelled the online order, and off I went. We got back to the boat and found one of the lids for the stock pot had a large dent in it.I called the store hoping I could send pictures and they'd ship us a new one. NOPE! The store associate Gerald asked where we were. I said on a boat on the river... He said, No. Where are you at? I'm bringing you a new one.I dropped him a pin. 30 minutes later. He shows up with a new pot lid, and we gave him the damaged one, and off he went. There is no way possible WS asked him to do this. To drive his personal vehicle to swap out a damaged item.. Where does that happen in this day and age? It doesn't. I was floored.I can't say enough good things about this entire experience with WS. From customer service, to clear prompt notifications about the status of my order, to the call center helping put this together, and Gerald personally volunteering to deliver 1 lid about 30 minutes away, into another state, and across a river.... Never in my life have I experienced this level of customer service.Thank you from our entire crew for helping make our boat a little bit nicer place.

Store and customer service very disorganized, ordered more than once a product that arrived as wrong item, not the same item ordered on sales slip. Customer service not helpful, minimal options to resolve and inconvenience customers -will take my shopping elsewhere

Went in to return an item that was Christmas gift and had no (gift) receipt because my friend threw it out accidentally. The item is part of Lunar New Year collection and currently shown on display, so no problem right? I asked for the return as a merch credit... and nope. The associate went into full corporate-mode saying no returns are accepted without a record of transaction or receipt, nothing she can do, it's store policy end of story. I was shocked because the item is literally a WS product in a WS gift box and displayed in the front of the store. It didn't make sense that a product couldn't be returned for a store credit. But this woman wasn't having it, no matter my attempt to talk through options and case-by-case flexibility, she kept interrupting me so often, I had to ask her to stop doing so and allow my to complete my sentence, and she did not like that. Her patronizing attitude was astounding, and there were other people in the store! I'm not a Karen folks, I even told her I use to work for Pottery Barn and understand retail - like that made any difference. She just went on about her 23 years at the store and doesn't know about other store's policies. Ugh, total nightmare. I asked for the Store Manger but he wasn't in at the time. So I shopped around the mall for an hour and half and went back to the store to speak with Levi (SM). This wasn't about the money or merch credit anymore but the principal of customer service. Levi wasn't in (yet) but I was helped by another associate quickly, went through the same gift return request and he asked if a merch credit was okay, my mouth dropped! That's all I had asked for from the beginning, and within 10 minutes, I have the credit. And he was nice and actually apologetic, thank you. The issue isn't the store policy but the lack of service etiquette of the previous associate and her deliberate tone of condescension toward me. She made me feel like I was not worth her time.By the way, I specifically went to that store to buy an espresso machine they had in stock and use the return credit towards the purchase. The machine cost $600, the returned platter is $80. All that ridiculous nonsensical situation for an $80 return. Needless to say, I have such a bitter taste for WS after that experience, I won't be shopping anytime soon (online or in-store).

Levi, is one of the best. He helped me and my sister put together a beautiful peanuts themed fall gift set for my mothers birthday. He spent so much time and dedication to have the gift basket look amazing (every detail was thought of even where plates and platters would be placed to make the gift set look incredible). It’s worth the time to stop by in Cherry Hill Mall. The quality of the products here are unbeatable. Perfect gift spot for mom or anyone who loves cooking and kitchen gifts for birthdays or holidays. They will literally help you assemble any gift set you want and make it look gorgeous. Once again thank you Levi for you time and dedication, I really appreciate it.

If I could give less than one star I would. I order a blender on 5/21 with a gift card and was told the remaining balance would be taken from my debit card when it shipped. Moving forward two months I have made numerous phone calls and trips to the store to see where my blender was. We called the store tonight and questioned what happened. We were told that we could come into the store and buy the one on hand and our gift card money could be used towards the balance. What wasn’t told was that we had to call and cancel the order ourselves moreso so that when I had originally ordered the blender the way the cashier rang it up could not be done …. Needless to say I would have never got the blender had I not taken a third trip to the store.we called and canceled the order the gift card never came to my email - so we paid for the blender in full. I called customer service as I wanted a discount and the money refunded back to my card neither of which they could do and insisted on sending an e gift card I assume so the money just goes back into their pockets - I waited on hold for over an hour the supervisor Amy refused to talk to me - refused to give me her supervisors phone number and refused to give me the number to corporate needless to say this is the last time I will ever shop at Williams sinoma this was my first experience and will most definitely be my last - DO NOT SHOP HERE THERE ARE 800 other places you can buy over priced kitchen appliances.

Love, love, love this store. I buy 90% of my cookware, utensils, and small kitchen appliances from William Sonoma. The quality is great and items last for years. Great quality and style. Never disappointed. Polite staff. Nice store.
