One of our residents from Assisted Living went in to open an account and the girl dismissed her. She had ID from the Sheriff’s Department, bank card and a check to deposit and she was told her ID wasn’t enough. The Bus Driver from the Shuttle Bus tried to talk to her and called our facility. I asked to talk to her and she dismissed both us. Is it because she was a Senior Citizen that your employee figured she could be rude and not even take the call to find out anything else? This Employee should be an ashamed of herself and Wells Fargo should be aware of such Employees. Needless to say, she will go to a different bank where there is more compassion for the elderly. Also, I will notify my family and friends not to bank there.

Horrible customer service. Several people visibly not doing anything and could not help me to change my last name. When i went to my regular bank i was able to get help right away and it took maybe 10 mins. This wells fargo wants me to make an appointment. It makes me so upset to see people doing nothing and being so unhelpful. On my way out one the bankers not doing anything gave me a dirty look like how dare i try to make her do her job......Extremely Disappointing

I called the 800 number about a deposit not displaying on my Saving account. After getting through the AI, I finally got someone who was clueless. They put me on hold for several minutes. When he came back on line he tells me I have to go to a branch. I thought web site issues were handled at a higher level? Just awful customer support anymore. I have been with this bank through Wells Fargo (2010 - now), Wachovia (2001-2010), First Union 1998-2001), CoreStates (1996-1998), New Jersey National Bank before that.

I gave 2 starts not 1 since I finally got my money however this might be the slowest moving bank I've visited. It's clear they need to hire more staff it's not their fault but boot god they need help here and fast!!

I made a deposit at the drive through and when the slip was returned to me I was shorted 200 ones. My banking app reflected I was short the 200 dollars I tried to deposit. I went In to see if it could be corrected and the person who collected my money had said he rang the 200 dollars up separate from the rest of my money. But I did not have a separate 200 dollar deposit. He gave me a separate new receipt with the corrected total so I got my full deposit but it feels like I almost had 200 stolen from me.

This is a toughie . . . this branch is great. The bank reps are friendly and helpful and I even got their adorable "mascot" plush horse 'Mike' there last year. I forget what the heck I had to do (nothing racey or illegal!). A plus with their checking account, is that if you have a mortgage with them, there is NO monthly fee or minimum balance to keep in your account(s). woo hoo! Stick it TD Bank! When I was going through a "house matter", it took very long and I literally have a computer file of ALL the CSR's that I spoke to. It was intense and stressful and if I weren't as intelligent and anal with records as I am, I would have been screwed, to be blunt. The issue was resolved; unfortunately, not to my liking. I LOVE their mobile banking app. It's easy to use. I almost never step foot into their banks anymore! On a fluffy note, I like the ease of their plentiful drive through ATM's and enjoy getting little birthday and anniversary messages on their computer screens. The ATM also saves my preferences, like how much $ I usually withdrawl a pop!

Been with Wells Fargo for a few years. Great customer service, always friendly, and always ask me the do nominations I would like instead of giving me what they want to give me like other banks do. Quick trip and transaction.
