I recently visited Visionworks and was thoroughly impressed. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. The care I received from the optometrist was top-notch. I highly recommend Visionworks for their excellent service.

Im an established patient and am satisfied every time I come. Great office staff and optometrists. Quick waiting and efficient testing. Good education given . Explained well covered benefits and any out of pocket expenses. I always find a great looking, comfortable pair of glasses here! And I get contacts too.

Michelle and Ed are great also a Hispanic lady whose name I don’t know. They are patient with me as I am very indecisive when picking out frames. I ask their opinion sometimes when I can’t decide; and they give it to me.

After a concussion resulting from being T-boned I had double vision in my left eye. After a year and a half of seeing ophthalmologists at Penn and Wills eye with no diagnosis or resolution, I saw Dr. Elizabeth Geery at America 's Best in Cherry Hill. She gave me a very thorough and professional exam, told me I had a traumatic cataract in my left eye and recommend surgery which cured the double vision.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and typically have great experiences.Although, recently when speaking with the front desk staff I did not have a great experience (perhaps a new team). I did not appreciate the brusque/unkind tone and unprofessional behavior especially when my communication was respectful.The front end of the company is so important, as they are the first line before even getting to the optometrists. They set the tone for the visit. I chose to not return to this location for my annual visit. I recommend taking your business to other locations that are more accommodating and professional.

Everyone in this facility was so nice and helpful. I had an appointment but came in a lot earlier and they were so nice to fit me in. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was clean and sanitary. They do take insurance, and they can ship your glasses to your home or the store.

Terrible first impression. Arrived for an appointment tonight (arrived early.) I was told to sit down. No one said a word to us for over 10 minutes - then when they decided to acknowledge us, they couldn't figure out our insurance (though we provided it earlier in the day.) Finally we decided to pay cash for the exam, and I was taken back to be told that since it took them so long to NOT figure out the insurance, they weren't going to see me. What?? Then made me feel like it was MY FAULT that their team wasn't able to review insurance. I will NEVER be back. A terrible experience.

Made an appointment for my daughter. We have Vsp insurance. Got to the appointment and associate at desk said he had to verify my insurance. No problem. He came back and said I wasn't covered. I've had this insurance for over 23 years. Then proceeded to tell me I could contact them myself. As I'm trying to open my vision insurance account online on my phone. Which I had to create a account because Ive never had to look up my own insurance because i just usually give them my card Another front desk associate told me that I could only go to the vision center in the company I work for which is untrue I have always went to any optical that accepts that insurance which I told her .She then told me I had 10min or I had to leave and make another appointment. Well don't worry I will never return to Visonworks. Horrible, lazy, ignorant staff.
