Several issues: no receipt was ever emailed so I had to return to the store to get a printed copy; I was never told that the new plan did not include hot spot coverage; I had to go back to the store to have them resync the Bluetooth connection for my Apple Watch. Experience could have been better.

Drew helped me fix my phone today and gave us absolutely amazing service!! I could not figure out how to transfer the data off my old phone onto my replacement, and he helped us in under 10 minutes and we barely had to wait. He also gave it to us for free!! He had absolutely amazing service and if I ever need to get my phone fixed again I know where to go. Thank you Drew!!!

Donovan helped me and my parents upgrade all 3 of our iPhones and get new apple watches this past weekend. Honestly I can't say enough good things about my experience and I'm sure my parents would agree. He was so patient, thorough, transparent, and kind. He took the time to answer each of our questions about the options out there for phones and internet services, which can be trying since there are so many options. My parents are older and had lots of questions. He showed no signs of impatience and was friendly to my parents and was very professional the whole time. He was also transparent in our cost options. He also took time to share a lot of tips about how to save battery life because I mentioned this was a priority for me. Later in the week, he also helped me set up internet services for my new apartment multiple times. I was having issues getting it to work correctly at home with my Apple TV, so I ended up changing plans twice... He stayed consistent in helping me choose the most cost-beneficial options each step of the way. Definitely does not give off scammer vibes, doesn't get upset when u choose the cheaper option, and at the same time is very informative of all options. He was very patient and I'm so pleased with my internet and new products. I'm leaving a review because it was one of the best customer experiences I've had. I think he should be working at a better place to be honest!
In contrast, this is very different from the last time I was there. A few months ago, I got kicked out of this store by a guy named Drew while I tagged along with my cousin to get her iPhone 15 upgrade. I will never forget this incident because it was so shocking and scary. We had gotten to the store late after work, and while I was waiting for her at the front end of the room, he started hollering at me from his side of the room telling me to leave him a 5 star review while I was "sitting there doing nothing". I felt this was rude. I had never met him before and was caught off guard by his manner. I also had no reason to leave him any type of review because I had never met him or interacted with him before. I was also tired after a 12 hour shift. I didn't want to respond to him so I stayed quietly on my phone. While he was helping my cousin, I could see him visibly get upset when she declined certain offers. At the end when we were walking out towards the door, he yelled loudly at me from where he was standing, saying "Hey don't ever come back in here with that kind of attitude. Don't ever come back in here". It was verbally very hostile. I was shocked and dumbfounded because I didn't know what I did to make him yell at me like that. I had not said a word to him and hadn't interacted with him. I wish I reported this when it happened, but I was so shocked and scared. I guess he didn't like that I was quiet or something? This experience scared me and I don't trust him or any of the good reviews he got. I actually recently saw him at a different Verizon location, so I purposely came to this one again. But I found out he works here too. Someone should know that this happened!
