Tom and Jason were wonderful. I spent four hours in Apple who couldn’t do anything. Four minutes, Tom with Jason’s help found what was wrong. Thank God!! Going out of town and what a relief!!!!.thank you so much!!!!

I just had the best customer service experience with Tom, the manager at the Marlton Verizon franchise on Route 70. He was able to instantly understand the issue and send me on my way with everything resolved. This is a great place for your Verizon mobile needs!

Be careful.
They will add items to your bill without telling you - letting on that it is part of the activation process.
I was overcharged between $400 to $600 for 2 phones activated.

Joe at the Marlton Verizon store was incredible!! He was calm, helpful, & knowledgable!! Joe got me set up with a new phone and even put his store number in my phone for future use. He was patient . He repeated his answers to my questions more than once and was never annoyed at me. Joe got me set up with a new phone! !
I was frazzled because I had spent the day going from my first Verizon store in Hammonton (Nick) also incredible to the UBreakIfix store in Glassboro ( not so great) to Marlton Apple Store then to Verizon again. Both Joe & Nick’s calm reassuring demeanor was instrumental in calming me down. These 2 gentlemen should be commended for their service. No ten scores for them . They get a score of 30!

The store changed my plans, 9 lines, without the approval of the account owner (me). When I called to ask them why they did it, I got no real answer and hung up on. When I called and asked again who gave them authority, I got hung up on. I told the manager weeks ago, I didn’t want to change my plans because the new ones don’t offer hot spot or travel pass. All account changes should be confirmed through text or the app and I never got that. I only found out because I got emails saying my plans changed. Terrible.

I had struggles with my iPhone 13 Pro. I went to the Verizon store at 9:30 Route 70 in Cherry Hill and work with Diego. He was fantastic. Understood the details of how to resolve my phone issue. Gave me the best customer service possible. I would have struggled beyond my capability to repair this phone. He made it look simple. My Sunday blessing.

Jessica was a big help getting my wife phone back to being activated with the e-sim after apple deleted my wife phone for a replacement and could not re-activate her new phone told us to take it to verizon went to Verizon delt with Jessica told her the issue we had she sat down and took care of everything with no problems she got the phone back up and running like new again thank you again Jessica !!
