Had to trade in my old iphone in store. First time I went in, a specialist named Nick (iirc) said that since I'm not account manager, I can't trade in. This was already strange because I didn't want to change anything in our family plan and just needed to drop off my old phone. I had to ask my friend who's account holder to give me access. So I went to Nick again. He said I'm not set as account manager yet, and while I was messaging my friend again to see what's going on, Nick suggested that it may take long and we can come back later or go somewhere else! (which seemed inappropriate since obviously I needed to trade in the phone today on a weekend). Anyways, I left the store, went out and did some shopping and came back (for the third time in a day) again with the hope that issue is resolved by now. Fortunately this time I saw a different specialist - forgot his name but the guy with eagles shirt. And he just helped with the trade in without even asking about my account status or anything. It took like 2 minutes. Very efficient and very helpful. I'd suggest to get more people like the guy with eagles shirt and less like Nick who seemed to be interested in not helping! All stars given are for the service from the second specialist.

First I want to express how frustrating it is that I can’t find a local number to this store to speak with someone in there. Only 1800 numbers to their call centers. I sent my parents there to get a copy of the original receipt of their purchase for Nov -2022. My Son forgot his iCloud information and we can’t remove the activation lock. Spoke with Apple was told what I needed. Called Verizon they said I had to go to the store where it was purchased to get a copy. Send parents there and they call me with a store person right there. I tell them what I need and he says okay. They come home with absolute scrap paper. Useless.

Staffed with a motley crew of useless incompetents. No one knows anything, but they will hide in the back of your online order is mysteriously “cancelled” by “we don’t know” because “we don’t handle that”. Verizon in general is garbage. So it only stands to reason…buyer beware!

When they are selling you something it's a good experience but they drop the ball on everything else I had trade ins. Just drop them off here in store within a 30 day window. WRONG I had to ship them out they procced to give me a FedEx label and tell me to drop it off at UPS. Not the case had to go to FedEx had to pay 12.78 to ship it out because the verizon store did not provide the proper shipping materials and I didn't want to just ship them and have them break. I will gladly take the drive and go to any other verizon store but this one hope I have a better experience. toodaloo!!!

I will never go to this Verizon store again . It's not Verizon it's the employees at this location. All the bad reviews are spot on .

Came in the other day to trade in my device. The employee Darnel and manager misinformed me about my promotion. They said it "didn't exist" and I should return my phone and get the iphone 15 from them. They only care about sales and spread misinformation. STEER AWAY

These two managers take the cake for the worst managers of the year. For one, they’re extremely prejudice….oh and they like to lie on black males too. Not only that, but the black guy tried to talk to my wife then lied to police about me being hostile. Unprofessional. Stay away from this location.

Shortly after opening this Verizon was a great hidden gem when it came to mobile stores. Of my past three visits recently, only one visit managed to even be remotely helpful. Employees are not given all the tools they need to help their clients resulting in frequent calls to the 1-800 number if you want a problem addressed. Aside from that some staff are not knowledgeable about their product. They do a fairly good job of keeping their appointment queue moving though often at the expense of good customer service.

The associates were polite and immediately greeted me. I think there simply isn’t enough workers to help the customers. After waiting for an hour, and I was number 2 in the queue, I left. The young men were polite and very busy.

Emilio helped us with purchasing new iPhone as well as any promotional deals. He was very patient and helped with the whole process . He is an awesome person and very helpful!

Darnell & Jesse were so helpful when we came in for a new account with all new devices. Very kind, personable, really made our experience a pleasant one. This location can get a bit crowded at times so if you don't have spare time to wait, consider making the trip when you don't have a pressing schedule.

my family and i had a great experience today at the Cherry Hill Verizon. Darnel was extremely helpful and made the process so easy. He made sure we understood what each part of the process meant and was very patience. He was so kind and did an amazing job. thank you!!

Staff is really friendly but the location is very busy depending on what time you get there.
