Darnell & Jesse were so helpful when we came in for a new account with all new devices. Very kind, personable, really made our experience a pleasant one. This location can get a bit crowded at times so if you don't have spare time to wait, consider making the trip when you don't have a pressing schedule.

Recently Switched from Comcast to Verizon. Much regret. Customer Service does not answer after 29 min hold and another time 18 min hold. App does not let me sign in as it says zip code not recognized. I am inputting my correct zip. Canvasser who "sold" me on Verizon said he would be "our personal account manager", he has never returned a phone call. seriously considering going back to Comcast: KGM

Well, it seems that I got a problem with internet. The computer noticed that the websites can't load because the Wi-Fi trouble or that the network box is acting up. But it turns out, that it's good now so I think it's safe to say... The network's work here is done!

Super unimpressed. FIRST, we get there, and although the hours on the door say 8pm, and besides the fact that there were 4 employees there, they stated that they were closing at 5 due to "lack of staff." Second, you check in on their little system, then stand around and wait. I was told there were 4 people ahead of me, so I asked if they send you a text when you're next or whatever, and they told me no. So, we just stood around for 25 minutes while they handled the other customers. Third, no one here knew what the fuck they were talking about. They checked my account, found out I had the $17 a month phone protection package, then told me that it was "about $125" to fix my screen. (This information formed my opinion to just upgrade, which is probably what they wanted anyway....but more on this in a second...) I found out later, through my own damn research of reading the fine print, that my repair would have only been $29. NOT "about $125." About that upgrade.....before I came in to the store, I checked online to see what was available to me, and ONLINE, Verizon said they would offer me "$425" for my DAMAGED phone, if I upgraded to an iphone 12. (I didn't see an option to go for a 13). But, when I went to the store, they said they would give me "$51 for the phone outright, or $100 for an upgrade to iphone 12, or $300 for an upgrade to iphone 13." I told him about the online price, (complete with screen shots), and he was like, "well.....uh....do that. Yeah, I can't offer that here." SO, we leave, and I go home to do the damn upgrade myself, and when I inquired ONLINE about an upgrade to an iphone 13, they gave me EIGHT. HUNDRED. DOLLARS. WTF was the store talking about? They were going to, AT MOST, give me $500 LESS than that.....after OVERcharging me about $100 for a repair that I had insurance for. One dude had 3D glasses on as his all day glasses. The "manager" was more concerned with locking up the phones in the safe than she was with helping anyone standing around waiting to be helped. The protein bro that WAS initially helpful, wrapped up with a customer, then went to the back for a GOOD 20 minutes, leaving me with employee #4, who gave us a hard time because the account is under my wifes maiden name, and he wouldn't help us until we produced SOMETHING with that name on it. A complete and utter waste of time coming here, and I got off lucky. At BEST I would've been overcharged $100 for a repair, and at worst, would've left $500 on the table for a trade in. Just terrible.

The store is ok and the service is good but the guy who sold me this POS pixel phone was only interested in his commission. Been having trouble with this phone since day 1. The phone has been replaced 4 times in 2 years. If your thinking about a pixel. .don't do it.

I recently purchased a brand new home and wanted to have fios in my new home. I called more than ten times to ascertain that verizon could have the service in my new home. They made an appointment to install their service for 9/25 /2021. They called me back on 9/19/2021 and said they couldnt do it until October 15 leaving me with no tv and internet for 3 weeks. Comcast put it in 2 days after i called with more channels and lower price. Also i needed a new phone d0uring all this and went to Verizon store in Voorhees nj wher the Salesperson Told me i should go to ATT which i did and got two new phones from somebody who cared.

While my opinion of Verizon may not be the best, this location was great. I've been trapped in an unending purgatory with a device I purchased through Verizon. I've been trying to rectify the situation since October and this location, specifically Jess, was the only person that could figure it out for me. The vibe here was very friendly and hospitable. Everyone I talked to from the check in guy at the door to the lady helping me were very personable and helpful. I know my little issue was difficult and weird but they got the job done! I appreciate the friendliness and hard work of the associates here and will make this my store for whatever else I need from Verizon.

This has got to be the worst company from Verizon I've ever done business with especially this particular location on Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill they are rude disrespectful and they lie to you my phone had a problem they continued, insisted that it was fixed it wasn't I ended up having to repair it myself this company really needs to investigate on the management at this particular store

I would have given this 5 stars the day I made my purchase of my new phone but after noticing a $79.99 charge for an item I said I DID NOT WANT I was really upset. The sales person tried to push the " bundle and save" on me. I needed a phone case and screen protector but she then said if you get the wireless charging dock, you'll save more. I declined and only wanted the two items I requested. She rushed through saying everything was good and sent us on our way. I would not have even noticed if my daughter said she wanted an upgrade, so I logged on to my account. There was that charge that I thought was taken off! It took me a while to contact customer service ( as the sales people at the store) were unavailable to talk. The Verizon customer service rep was able to assist me and the charge will be credited. I will not be going back to that location and will ALWAYS double check my receipts even when the salespeople say that everything is taken care of!

My husband and I just left the Verizon Wireless Store in the Racetrack shopping center In Cherry Hill. We were pleasantly surprise by what a great experience we had. I thought that I needed a new phone but Reverend Valerie solved my problem and all I needed was to close some apps and a new case. My husband did need a new phone and she set it up for us. I She was professional and very knowledgeable. While we were there an irate customer came in. She was yelling and cursing. The manager handled her in a very professional way. I will never go to another Verizon store. I highly recommend a visit to this store if you need anything Verizon

I was victimized by a salesman named Nick who sold me a new Motorola phone, the fourth Android I have purchased from Verizon in the last ten years. I wanted a new phone as I was taking a cross country trip and lo and behold, the phone is less than a week old and the camera in my new phone does not work. No pictures....my vacation is ruined. Nick upsold me on various extras and asked me to give him one of the top two rating or he'd be in trouble. He rushes me out of the store after I paid over $700.00 for the phone, and the one week old phone is defective. I hate salesmen who after they get your money, they dump you like a bad habit.
