I came in with my 2.5 year old. He was cranky I was boxing the packages. The women working the front said ma’am with an attitude. Bad karma your way.

This post office is great. The lobby is always clean and has plenty supplies for purchase. Always has a great selection of stamps to choose from. Customer service is amazing, friendly and fast. I don’t know why customers come in and treat employees like garbage.
One customer Bonnie C. didn’t see me when she came in last time but I have witnessed the whole incident and then found her nasty bullying review on google. The fact that a person is bilingual doesn’t give any right to any customer to be bulling them or be verbally abusing them. Think before you post HALF truth about anyone.

This is the worst post office in the Cherry Hill area. Ivana, the woman that works here, is so rude. On a previous visit, she was complaining to customers about being the only one who works there. Today, on what will be my last visit here, I asked her if I could have a piece of tape to close up a small package. She told me I needed to buy it. Almost every other USPS location that I've been to when I needed tape, they have accommodated my request.
I know there are a lot of people who would love to have her job and would treat customers with the respect they deserve. There are many other reviews complaining about how rude she is. USPS - your customers deserve better!

Went to post office to return a package. Had to then leave to print out label because it was not a QR code. Went to library to print. Went back in 15 min with printed label. There were 2 women neither one wanted to do their job! She locked the doors and left with 5 people outside! No note on door! Then they walk out saying I don’t feel good so I’m closing! I guess she is ALLOWED TO CLOSE A GOVERNMENT FACILITY AT HER LEISURE! The worst post office on the PLANET!!

Refuse to send a package with an installed and sealed brand new lithium ion battery, although USPS regulations say that a new sealed package with a lithium ion battery can be sent. I'll go elsewhere where they aren't mistaken about the regulations.

Extremely rude and mean!! Got there at 1245 to mail a package to my husband who is deployed and the clerk turned me away telling me the system isnt letting her send packages internationally. It's APO this is considered stateside. I didnt make a scene, i wasn't rude, or anything like that because i was with my little one. I work full time, i have three little ones, and my husband is deployed. It was the only time i had to make it to the post office ?

One lady mail clerk who is extremely rude to customers. This USPS is the only one I've ever been to that enforces a 1 person in the lobby at a time policy. Creates HEAVY foot traffic and is very inconvenient. Mail clerk is rude and needs to be retrained on Customer Service

Worst post office I have ever been too. I asked the lady about free boxes she pointed to the exact spot I grabbed from. Watched me pack the stuff into the box and walk up to the desk to tell me that I have to pay for it. They charge you for tape but have tape at every computer that could be used. Older lady made sure she charged me for the box and tape but didn’t even bother to scan my label, which made me have to stand in another person line because she was apparently off
