Upset with their return/exchange policy. I order a duvet and I really like it, however I felt the color was hard to match. I wanted to exchange it with the off-white, which was out of stock but was going to be back in stock soon. As soon as it was back in stock, I processed the exchange (within 30 days like their exchange policy says). Turns out that the warehouse did not receive the package within 30 days so they canceled the order and i was charged a restocking fee. I reached out to a live agent via chat who was unable to make the consumer happy. I am out of the duvet I have been expecting to come in the mail the last 3 weeks, out of some money because of restocking fee, and unhappy with how they would not help me. I will never give this company any more business.

Be careful when purchasing from a third party/UO market seller. If you have a problem with your order UO won’t do anything at all to help.

Staff is horrible. I understand people have bad days but JFC the children that work here act like someone stole their milk at lunch and then had detention during recess. I've been going to this location for the past five years and for the past five years it's always been this kind of service. Maybe it's the way the management was trained so that's the reason they train the children associates? The staff never greets me, never asks if they can help me find anything, never ask what I'm looking for, they just stand there with upset looks on their faces OR they are laughing and scrolling on tiktok on their phones then showing the other worker standing next to them. Even though the staff is horrible I'll still continue to browse the store when I go to that mall but I felt like five years of trash service was enough time for me to stop sitting around and leave this review for future customers to see the quality of customer service

One thing about this Urban Outfitters is that it is definitely an Urban Outfitters and there is no denying that. It is also at the mall. I originally rated 3 stars but then I realized that isn't fair of me because that's just my feelings towards Urban Outfitters in general. Super hit or miss. Everything is just a little too small. Even the larger sizes. But I don't blame this specific Urban Outfitters location which was clean and the employees are friendly and all look cool, which is really the most I can hope for in an UO experience. Even though the shirts are really tiny, there are plenty of other things to indulge in like a fun hat or a kooky hair clip.

Bought 350 worth of items . Didnt get to try anything on due to them closing . Tried to return 216 worth of items that didnt fit. I had a screenshot of my recipt. ALSO WAS WITHIN THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. But bc i didnt have my actual recipt the only option was to exchange in store. Plus some items went on sale and discounted 60 dollars. A merch card wasnt even an option. So i basically bought a bunch of items i didnt even want. Terrible i WILL NEVER SHOP AT URBAN AGAIN.

I stopped in to peruse the fine display of unique clothing and accessories. Looking for a gift for my daughter, I happened upon the sweetest corduroy bucket hat for myself. The daughter gets a gift card. Merry Christmas!
