Tre has an awful customer service demeanor. He has waited in me a few times, always making me feel unwanted in the store. On this occasion, I was returning a few Amazon items. He printed off the receipt and instead of handing it to me in my hand like every other service agent I have encountered, he put it on the counter and told me, "you can pick it up!" I'm not confrontational, so I didn't make a thing of it, but I wanted to let you know how this frequent customer has been treated. Not sure if he needs diversity training or not??

I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely horrific customer service. I tried to return a package that came to my property in error, and the store refused to take the package back, nor give me any guidance on what to do with this package that does not even belong to me. I wasn’t even given a number to call, had to find it on my own, and it is literally impossible to reach a human via the 800 number. Thank you UPS for making your error my burden!!!!!

The Customer Reps working on 5/30 were amazing. While I was there two separate lines were all the way to the door. One of the computers was down, and the Reps were so patient and kind. I believe I returned 6 items. Two of which were Amazon packages. The woman helping me was fantastic. I highly recommend The UPS store at Holly Ravine. Its the only UPS store I will use. Thank you so much for the extraordinary service!

I had a very worst experience. I had to return a chair with return shipment label. Went in and asked there for empty box she said it will cost me 25$. I told I can’t afford that much and brought it from other store. I have requested them to help in taping the box for which she refused to help and didn’t even give me tape. I have paid 4$ in the store and all taped by myself. I will never visit this store. Nancy was very rude and didn’t even bother to give me proper directions. I will also inform my friends not to visit this store where customer care and respect is no longer served.

I ship a numerous amounts of packages and utilize all of the services weekly if not daily. I have never experienced such professionalism, caring and customer concern. Would give 10+ stars if available

Always have a great experience at this store. From interactions with the owner to the staff they are professional and courteous. Special shout out to Nancy and Crystal who always go out of their way to help with all my special shipping requirements. Great Job! :-)

This store is the best. Crystal and the other gentleman are always polite and extremely efficient.They make certain my Amazon returns go smoothly without any hiccups. Truly 5 stars.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The 2 women that were behind the counter on April 16tb 2023 at 10:25 am were incredibly dismissive and rude and barely even helped me with my transaction nor have any recommendations to help me with my issue. I would not count on good customer service if I stepped into this establishment. Horrible service overall .

Out of any UPS store I have ever been to in my entire life, this one had the rudest employee I have ever met. I was returning a laptop that is covered by warranty. I asked the employee if the box I had put the laptop and was taped well enough and he said he didn't know. He then told me I had to buy one of their special laptop boxes. If I were to have them package it it would cost me $25. I said I could not afford that and could you please tape the box up better if you did not think it was adequate. He said, "You go ahead and take this home and tape it up yourself."I have advised my friend's and family not to ever go there.
