ould warn anyone hoping to return Verizon equipment at this UPS location. They refuse to follow Verizon’s directions to scan the equipment without an order number provided. This is not in the instructions for Verizon, which explicitly say that UPS will scan the equipment, and the worker reading those instructions.
If they are so entitled to ask for information that itself is not required by Verizon, I do
Not feel comfortable with any other services they supposedly provide. I went to a neighbouring ups store and this absolutely was not an issue nor is it part of the protocol

I wanted to share that i went into UPS in Cherry Hill near Wegmans and I.was pleasantly surprised at the NICE young man [Thursday 5/29 around 6pm don't know his name). He restored my faith in younger people and how they response to older people. He was patient non judgmental and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this location. The other young man working there was also very nice and helpful.

They stole my laptop.
Came here on the 5th of April to ship a laptop back to my company with original large BOX. And what arrived to the destination (directly handed off) was a small TOTE BAG with the shipping label for the laptop?? We reached out to them on several occasions and they never contacted us back since. So yeah, don't go here if you want anything stolen.

The prices are higher than other ups stores. The guys that worked on the 3rd were inconsiderate and uncaring. I had a problem with my phone and couldn't call my ride and the other phone didn't have wifi. Altho there's a upsstore-guest on the wifi list, I was told the boss doesn't like for them to give out the password ti customers while in the ups store. So I was there an hour and a half before either worker standing around doing very little asked was I ok or did I need help.

I came into the store not knowing, I had to print my label and Ashley took the time to help me on the computer so I could print my label without returning back home to print. She was very patient with me and you don't find that much. I truly appreciated, Ashley's patience and kindness!
