The employees at this ups store in cherryhill NJ are the nicest people I wish I took down their names I'm not a tech guy they were very patient with me the employees even had a time doing what I needed done but they persevered and got the job done I definitely recommend this ups location to others I was at this location 3 times this week because of a need and was treated with respect and kindness what a pleasure to find the younger generation that know how to treat people great job ups great job

We made a notary appointment online and get there to find out he doesn’t work today. I understand maybe they can’t change the hours online but WHY wouldn’t you call to cancel the appointment then??? Wasting people’s time. Very annoying, unprofessional, and a TERRIBLE way to run a business.

I made an appointment on line for the notary on a Friday at 2:30pm. I go right from work only to be told that he leaves at 1pm!! Why was I able to make an appointment then? Oh that’s how it is online I was told. So I make another appointment on line for last Wednesday at 10:30am. I was told he works Mon-Fri 8am-1pm. I get there and I’m told oh he’s not here today. He took the day off!! Again why was I able to make an appointment?? How about if you don’t allow people to make on line appts?? I said I won’t be coming back!! I went down the road to the TD Bank and had it done in 10 minutes free of charge!! Fix the problems before you waste more people’s time!!

I placed an online order for a print project. I showed up to the store to pick it up and was told only the manager can handle those and they weren’t there so to come back in a few days. I needed the project done asap so couldn’t wait and asked if there was another store close by and the employee told me to google it. Do not recommend this store at all, go to FedEx if you have to
