Poor servicel put a order in for a mirror 6 weeks later never heard from them until had call them about my order. Then they tell me it will shipped in 2-3 weeks (shipped to them) That’s not what l was told prior to putting my deposit down on a $2100 mirror. When l called I’m rushed off the phone and was told it’s nothing they can do about it it’s not their faultWill never buy from them again

They have a fine collection of furniture. It is worth checking out if you are looking for something unique and beautiful. Now, let me share my experience with the shop. I bought a dining table set, which was on clearance sale ($10k; original price was +$25k). We paid an extra $500 for a delivery. The delivery company (movers) picked the set up from the store and brought it to our house. Sounds very simple.I was a bit puzzled and annoyed by the fact that the store did not even bother wrapping the furniture (nor any protection). See the attached photo which shows how the movers moved the dining table. The dining set was not protected at all when they brought it to our house. The owner told me that movers used blankets, but took blankets in the truck so I was not able to see it. Movers left the chairs, dining table and buffet sitting on the asphalt road without any protection in front of our house while they were moving them (we have <70ft walkway from the road to the front door). What I saw was that our dining set was not protected from the truck to our dining room. The owner called the moving company. The moving company offered to send a technician to fix any damage due to the delivery process. I wouldn't blame the moving company or movers. They usually do what they are told to do. I do not want to cause any extra operating cost for the moving company, and I will tell the moving company not to send a technician on Monday (today is Saturday). I would hire my own technician for a repair. All could have been protected if they were properly wrapped or packaged. The store did not take any steps to protect the furniture. Even a cheap store like West Elm or Pottery Barn (or, their outlet stores) do all the proper wrapping when they sell their clearance product. If you sell something you love, you wouldn't treat your product in that way. There are various modern ways to protect your product. If you plan to buy something from the store that is displayed, you'd be better to make sure that what you are going to buy is well protected during the delivery process.

Nice selection of furniture the name certainly fits. Appeared to be very high quality and offer a lot of customization. However, I ended my trip there early. One of the sales people, I believe his name was Bob was rude and condescending. He never really answered any of our questions regarding materials and colors of the particular couch we were inquiring. He just went off on a tangent about how knowledgeable he is. I find that interesting that he's soooo in the know but tried to correct my pronunciation of "Eames" and has never heard of cordovan leather. I would definitely go back and consider buying from them under the condition I did not need to interact with Bob.

We ordered a beautiful dining table. The order process was easy and we’ve enjoyed our Italian modern walnut top (stainless steel bottom) dining table for a couple of years. During covid the walnut top finish seemed to have a small defect where it lifted at one of the seems. It must be a manufacture issue (not unique interiors) but since it’s took a while to reach them and a chunk of time has passed, everyone has washed their hands of the issue. The table was a $2000 so an unexpected and unacceptable defect :/

We ordered a custom sofa from Germany. When it arrived I thought it was the wrong leather and it seemed stiff. Bob, Mike and company rep came to my house, measured everything and checked with factory regarding leather. Talk about great customer service. They truly value their customers and go above and beyond. Definitely recommend.
