A huge selection, friendly staff who are always willing to nerd out, and the space to meet up with others and play games. What is not to love about all that!!!!!

Very friendly, even to newcomers and those who haven't played in forever. Spacious, clean, plenty of tables and chairs, tons of games, cards, packs ect ect. Players of all types and ages for most card games and table games. Tournaments and such ran very well from my experience so far. No being talked down too either, which is always a big plus in my book. Specially when clueless about something. So yes, highly recommend you go there and play and for cardbuying or game buying.. even have a great selection of used games to buy or play.

Went here for a RCQ, place is great. Clean, spacious, friendly staff. Event started on time and actually ran smoothly, staff made sure rounds ended in a timely fashion. Overall great place, wish I lived closer so I could go here more often.

I have been a customer since they opened their doors in the original location in Haddon Township. The new location in Cherry Hill is an awesome store, whether you are a fan of collectible card games such as Magic the Gathering, and Pokémon, RPGs like Warhammer, and Dungeons & Dragons, or classic board games. Their newer location at 1400 Haddonfield-Berlin Road has larger facilities for hosting tournaments or casual events such as Friday Night Magic. The selection of accessories like miniature figurines, card sleeves, deck boxes, and supplemental rule books is vast and varied. The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A top notch establishment whether you are a novice or an established gamer of some years. Top Deck games gets my highest recommendation for any gamer, young or old.

This store is a great place to pick up any collectible hobby item and board game items. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. But when it comes to trading/selling cards to the store, this is where the rating comes in.I went into the store with the intention of selling my Pokémon cards for store credit to pick up more Lorcana cards. I was greeted by a lady currently looking at a trade lot someone bought. When I asked who I speak to about turning in some Pokémon cards she politely stopped what she was doing to do a quick check of the cards I brought in and called over a gentleman (who looks like he should be a bouncer at a club) to help me out. This guy roles his eyes cause we interrupt his conversation with some buddies of his and he took the cards to another register. Never l once acknowledge me or called me over, as they were my card she was checking out.He then proceeded to roughly remove the card from their sleeves and treat them like they were a deck of solitaire cards, tossing the cards he considered “trash” and snapping other cards on the counter. After he was done I was given a ridiculously lower over which I politely turned down and just shrugged me off and went back to his conversation with his friends. The low ball offer wasn’t the issue but his attitude and lack of care for the cards he was “grading” was appalling and disrespectful to me as a customer trying to do business. Needless to say it takes one bad person to ruin a store reputation.

This is a great games store. Plenty of space for tabletop gaming. The staff is friendly and absolutely helpful. They offer different tutorials to help new players get into various aspects of the gaming hobbies.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves to be recognized for what an amazing place it is.I have been looking for a place to learn to play D&D for years, but no place I found ever felt welcoming. I would be ignored or harassed, and no where ever felt safe. Well from the first moment waking into the door here, total game changer. From the very friendly welcome right away, to the floor associates all ready to help, chat, and listen. It felt like home. The store is beautiful, well lit, has a great variety of board and card games, as well as accessories, a fun aquarium filled with dice, and amazing staff!Day 1 I started in with no idea really how to play and met a great DM running a game who allowed me to observe the table and I was in love. I now play weekly at a different table, but still every week she says hi and chats with me. The DM at my table is so awesome. He's fun, does amazing story lines and voices, and keeps the story flowing and engaging; but even better, he is patient, encouraging, and genuinely excited when people do well. He has helped me learn and grow in the game and has become an important part of my week.Every member of staff has been great, even those whom I've only have minor interactions with. They are all fun, helpful, pleasant, and seem genuinely happy to be there to help you.The store and assistant manager are also fantastic at listening to concerns and suggestions from customers. They listen to what we want and need and they do their best to rise to the occasion. The assistant manager is so kind, fun, and welcoming. I look forward to seeing her every week.I hope this place never changes because I've finally found a home.

Will give away your event spot even if you preregister, call ahead for running 5 mins late and are told will be ok. Eould have preferred to have been told the spots were at risk of being given away. Not communicative, not professional.
