I drove an hour to find out this is NOT a Tommy Bahama store. I wanted to return a mens shirt and possibly purchase another. They carry the Tommy Bahama brand but carry many other brands as well. They shouldn’t advertise as being an exclusive Tommy Bahama store when it is not. They will not accept returns from the Internet or other Tommy Bahama stores.

Wow their customer service is fantastic! We had a shirt get delivered to the wrong house. I was panicked because I had already paid for it. I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful! I will be emailing the company to put in a good word for him. Not only did he reconcile the issue but honored the free shipping we were offered and upgraded our delivery to a faster service. Terrance if you’re reading this from Seattle we gotta meet up thank you for all your energy and help!!
