8/30/24 Ticket #72 . Came to drop off a watch to remove two links was told it only be about 15-20 mins. As I return back I was informed by the associate that my watch couldn’t be done because “ I don’t know how to remove it, I don’t have a small enough pin. You’re going to have to wait till Sunday till my manager comes back” . At that point I was frustrated but would have felt better if the associate could’ve have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience and wasn’t so rude . Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Will never recommend!!

I made a purchase and the store manager was extremely helpful in ensuring I received the correct item. Her customer service is always top-notch because I frequent this location for battery changes as well. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Got a watch strap replacement and a battery change for very cheap (less than $40 combined) and very fast (only about 20 minutes). Super great service, and I'll definitely be coming here for all of my watch-related stuff from now on.

Sad to see since we entered they gave us a paper, and we returned in 40 minutes that the battery cost $30. My husband returned in 30 min and togavia they had not started the clock. When 10 minutes passed they called us since we were waiting in front, to the surprise that there were 4 batteries, I told her you should have asked us and not done it without our consent. Sad to see that from 1 $30 battery we end up paying $70 per battery alone. This is my first time leaving a review. And if I do it today it is so that they are more honest and do not steal from the client. What you harvest you will water. Do not seek profit through deception.

Never go here. They replaced my watch battery 9 months ago they scratched up the back of the watch trying to get it open to replace the battery. It wasn't an expensive but they just shrugged it off like no big deal. The battery didn't even last a year.

Certainly, here's the review: I had been struggling to get the ceramic band on my Rado watch adjusted. Two Macy's locations, both authorized repair centers, turned me down. Even a local jeweler wasn't willing to tackle the task. Frustration was setting in. Then, I discovered 'Time after Time'. In a mere five minutes, the lady at the store deftly adjusted the band, and just like that, my watch fit perfectly. I can't express how relieved I was. If you find yourself in a similar predicament, I can't recommend 'Time after Time' enough. They not only got the job done swiftly, but they also saved me from the headache of uncooperative repair centers. Thumbs up!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my watch (bought from Time After Time) to have the battery changed in February. When I got home, I realized the crown was missing and the Time After Time employee had broke this off. I returned to the store and told them the crown needed to be replaced. At first they tried to charge me for this and I reminded them it was their employee who broke this and I would not be paying for this. This repair was supposed to take a few weeks maximum. I did not get my watch back for FIVE MONTHS. I called the store, I called the corporate office, I emailed the corporate email, and there was never any update--no information or excuses or blaming the watch brand (Fossil) or saying the repair person was out of the office. By the time I FINALLY got my watch back, now it's not keeping time. I have to get a new battery and change this and hope it works. Do not buy things or take them to be repaired at this store! Beware of going in to get your battery changed-- your watch may never work again!

On Sunday 4/2/2023 around 1pm my wife, daughter, and I walked into the store to purchase a watch and were not greeted what so ever it was kind of a cold feeling from the staff. When I walked up to the display case to look at citizens watches, I was very rudely asked if I knew what I was looking for. I answered no and I had some questions. I was immediately ignored, and the lady behind the counter started helping the next customer with his battery not saying a word to me, so I walked out and bought my watch online.

The customer service lady that was doing the watch repair was rude and gave me attitude because I needed my battery change. I just walked out.
