awful customer service. lock my card at a phillies game and never unlocked it despite notifying them it wasn't a fraudulent charge. now here I am waiting on hold instead of enjoying the game with my family. closing my account Monday with this worthless company.

I've been with td since 1984 when they were Commerce Bank. That makes it 30yrsI am totally disgusted !!!! I'm tired of only 1 teller and 1 customer service person. Service is horrible. Thoughts !!! R definitely leave them.

If you have a choice, don't bank here.To their credit, they don't use foreign contracting for their customer services. If you call them, you will get someone who can speak clear English.However, their customer service reps are still useless. In very clear English, they will give you bad advice, and try to sell you products and services you don't need. I know from experience, if you have an issue, three different customer services will offer four different solutions and all of them won't work. Their fraud detection is janky and does not work and doing even the most simple banking tasks will be a hassle.

The Sicklerville branch refuses to pick up the phone when you call. I called at 8:30 am and every couple minutes after that and all I got was to leave a message at the tone, guess what? No tone and the phone loops back to the start of the phone call, so you can’t leave a message. So I called the Williamstown office and they picked up right away, kudos to them! Sicklerville still down not pick up, so much for being convenient!

How can this possibly be called a bank? They can't answer the simplest banking question, and none of them know arithmetic.Obvious this bank does nothing for middle class works. AVOID AT ALL COST, ... BECAUSE DEALING WITH THEM, WILL COST YOU.

Charging people inactivity fees on a gift card is super messed up. The card is already paid for and the expiration date lasts for years. There is no reason to take peoples money away like that. You make billions of dollars so why charge me $2.50 a month on a $25 gift card. It’s like stealing my money. I can’t help that I misplaced my gift card. I’ve submitted a dispute for inactivity fees to be reversed.
