Cherry Hill mall t Mobil. The young disregarded our presence she was so rude to & disrespectful and did not provide the service I ay for. I had to the T-Mobile at garden state T-Mobile to get the proper service to exchange the machine to get my tv internet to work, I did not have a tv for over a week.Steve and Martha was very professional at the the Garden state T-Mobile and fixed the issue. Please let them both know I am very thankful.Please look in to the inadequate service at the Cherryhill mall store.

I want to thank Nailleley for going above and beyond in helping me get my phone number back! Customer care had ported the wrong number to my phone number causing me to lose my number. I spent 2 months on the phone with customer care and they couldn’t help me. I came in to the store and she called customer care for me and spoke to multiple representatives until it was done!

I had an issue with my billing and after signing up for T-Mobile and Kevin was able to help me fix multiple issues I had while being very patient and professional as I was very irate at the sales associate(Harry - who said all the right things but failed to come through or even respond to my issues). Kevin is a superstar. He is able to handle pressure and definitely knows how to address upset customer even though none of it was his fault.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the customer service I recently received at one of your retail stores. Specifically, my interaction with a representative named Denifer left much to be desired, and I felt compelled to share my experience.During my visit to purchase a new iPhone, I had hoped for professional guidance and support. Unfortunately, Denifer and her coworker seemed more focused on upselling me to a new plan, making vague promises without substantiating them with any tangible information. Despite clearly stating my intention to solely acquire a new phone, I was persistently subjected to pressure and admonishment for not embracing their proposed deal.To compound matters, when Denifer proceeded to set up my phone, I was left disappointed and puzzled. Rather than assisting me in completing the setup process, she abruptly handed me the phone without providing the expected support. I had anticipated help with essential tasks such as eSIM configuration and backup, only to find myself having to navigate these complexities unassisted.I am conveying this feedback in the hope that T-Mobile will take appropriate measures to enhance its customer service practices. It is essential for representatives to demonstrate professionalism, transparency, and a genuine commitment to addressing customers' needs. A customer's journey should be characterized by feeling valued and supported, rather than subjected to high-pressure sales tactics.I sincerely request that you consider this matter seriously and take proactive steps to prevent similar experiences from occurring in the future. T-Mobile has the potential to deliver exceptional customer service, and I remain hopeful that positive changes will be implemented.

Alexis is amazing. She took over my interaction from another gentleman and immediately went to action trying to solve my issue. I'm still standing in the store but I didn't want to forget to send this review cause she deserves all the good things coming to her! Stop in and see her for all your needs. She plays good music too!

I drove to this store from Deptford because this store closed later I arrived at 8:10 into the store thinking I made it In enough time. There were two customers service reps and two families. One family left after about 7 mins the lady Latisha came over took my information then said someone will be with you. I seen the other rep was assisting the other family, so I waited the rep that took my information was busy on her laptop by this time roughly 15 mins had passed then she went to the other rep and proceeded to speak with the other family that was already being helped by the other agent in the mean time I’m still waiting and it’s getting closed to 9. Eventually the family leaves and the rep that was helping them came over to assist me he was nice, however at this point I had waited for 40mins and I was the only person waiting and there was two customers service agents. I really didn’t understand why Latisha went to assist the other agent and made me wait. By the time he got to me and put my information the system kept freezing up so he couldn’t even put my order in so that I could order the phone. I’m not sure again why TWO agents had to assist one family but it seems as though the lady did not want to assist me. And the reason I say that is because a Asian couple came in at 8:55 she quickly came over assisted them answering all there questions with patience and promptness. Sad when you work in customer service and you blatantly show that you don’t want to help some one I only wanted to get a new phone. The fact that t Mobile employed people like that makes me reconsider if I want to stay with T-Mobile I think I may take my services elsewhere.

Disappointed with my latest purchase. The service I received in store was quick and friendly but most of the important information I received was incorrect! Salesman Isaiah stated I’d receive a credit for my trade in, spread over 24 months and that was not true. He then sold me a screen protector with the pitch that it could be replaced if broken at T-Mobile but when I went to receive this service, it was not reflected on my account. Finally he convinced my girlfriend to purchase a tablet stating that it was “free” due to a current promotion but after a down payment due immediately, she’s now stuck with a tablet data line and an additional monthly payment! The friendliest service is irrelevant when the information given is misleading or a strait up lie.

I've been to this location a couple of times and also on Black Friday, the employees are super nice, friendly and knowledgeable but unfortunately the manager (Bobbie/Bob) is Uber rude, he constantly talks saracastic and confrontational and even snatches items from the employees hands while they're with a customer, totally uncalled for and embarrassing, he shouldn't be working at a nice place like that...Smh

Customer service representative was very nice. He wad busy with another customer. But asked me what I needed. While he set the other Customer up he helped me . I needed a screen prorector. He wad very pleasant which is something I never get from Customer service in Philadelphia. Cherry-hill mall Tmobile is the best.
