Horrible experience trading in my phone. They saw my phone when they gave me a new one, then when I went to give it back, they told me to go to the mall to get the screen fixed WITH A SPECIFIC place to go to, I go back to the store to turn it in and these people tell me they can’t take it cause it’s “been tampered with”. THEY WERE THE ONES TO TELL ME TO TAKE IT TO GET IT FIXED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Also, I’ve always traded in cracked/broken phones. Money grabbers.

The girl representing this store did the worst job of customer service I have ever experienced. My phone and internet plan are on service. The wire to my internet box was broken and I was simply requesting a replacement. She said “We have nothing to do with this”. She offered no solution. I will be switching service based on this terrible experience.

Had the worst experience ! Steve was not only dismissive and condescending but gave me wrong information. Waited and waisted an hour for nothing Rude and had the worst customer serviceFirst and last time I go to this location.!

Martha at the Cherry Hill store was GREAT! She was so patient with my elderly partner and I. We ended getting more than we came in to buy and we’re confident in doing so.

Just purchased Home Internet today at this location paid the price for the equipment just to find out that John gave me a used prior German roach infested device how do I know this because upon opening the box once I got home dead remains laid at the bottom of the box and a dead roach inside the equipment as well as the odor of roach fecal matter I also know this because I’ve been in the pest control industry the whole reason I am leaving this review is because god forbid I was someone who doesn’t know the smell or didn’t inspect the equipment leaving this device in my home could have the potential to cause an infestation and money loss to

I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS!!! Josh was absolutely HORRIBLE today, 8/15/2023!! My husband & I went to the store because our Internet modem didn’t work & we couldn’t log into the account. Josh treated my husband as if he was a bother. Josh’s words were unprofessional, his tone was disrespectful & he had no interest in helping to solve the problem. He treated my husband as if the modem was stolen & was trying to be returned. Not only did my husband have to call customer service from the store, which Josh did NOT suggest, but a different more cordial associate helped my husband to find out that the account was NOT complete in the system. Josh just sent us away even after my husband told him that customer service said to come to the store. It was unfortunate that the manager Andrew left before I could voice my grievance as a paying customer! Josh at the TMobile store on rte 70 near Wegman’s in Cherry Hill, needs customer service training!!! Andrew I hope you get to read this!!!!

We've had TMobile for a few years now and are always impressed by their customer service. They have always done a great job saving us money and helping us upgrade our phones. We were helped at this location by Jeremy. He was great. Very knowledgeable and helped us save a bunch of money so that we were able to add some things on and still get better pricing. Highly recommend this store!

Best staff ever. I went to this store to get new phones for my wife and I. The store manager Andrew and the salesman Jeremy are second to none. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and within minutes we had our new phones selected being setup. While they were helping us, Andrew continued to make sure he greeted everyone entering the store, even though other staff members were also doing so. Every customer in that place was helped immediately and we left there knowing this is the only T-Mobile store we will come to from now on. I've been to T-Mobile in Deptford and Philly before. This was my first time in this store and I will be going back foranything I ever need. Second to none.

The passive aggressiveness from the employees at this location is actually unbelievable. They are super kind to EACH OTHER but to customers, whether on the phone or in person, are just flat out rude. I didn’t say anything the first time I went in person and experienced this but now I just called the Garden State Location (4/18/2023 @ 3:55pm) and this is now the second time I received this poor quality service. I’ve been a Sprint/Now T-MOBILE customer since 2015 but I’m definitely switching to AT\u0026T or Verizon.

T-Mobile you got to do better!!!! Went to this store to add some international features to my phone plan and had to swim through a pool of incompetence. The associate Gabe was horrible. I asked him what options I have for my lines and he said without even looking into the iPad/company system “don’t worry about it, you already have international calling on your line”. I wanted to say “Gabe you don’t got the answers!!!! (Kanye Voice) please check the computer” but I politely just asked him to please check his system. I am sure Gabe doesn’t know I lived in 4 different countries and already know the previous options. After getting him to assign the new calling plan to my line I also needed insurance for my phone. While inquiring about insurance plans and prices Executive Gabe has a personal phone call from his Son. He then proceeds to pick up the phone and have a 10 minute conversation describing his son’s best options for something that was obviously not an emergency. I had to close my eyes for a moment. I felt like I was at a Cricket Wireless. We have over 10+ lines with T-Mobile on this account, multiple data plans, insurance, and features for our restaurant and employees. Every week xfinty wireless sends me a letter to cut my wireless bill by 20%. Gabe made me feel like I should go there. Nevertheless, my fellow T-Mobile customers if possible go to the Voorhees Town Center Store. Those guys provide excellent service, will give you a free phone for a day if you have an emergency, and engage with the customer from the beginning to the end of the transaction. If you have to go to this store avoid CEO Gabe. ?
