I had a return and the sales associate had the worst attitude. I honestly will avoid shopping at this store in cherry hill until she’s replaced.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any retail store. I love Steve Madden shoes and couldn’t be helped or spoken too. The lady literally kept going about her day without acknowledging me. I think that’s horrible, rude and unprofessional and if retail is not where she want to be she needs to retire. Another customer left with me due to the same reason corporate needs to visit this location and make some changes or you will lose business based off this

I arrived at store at 8:44pm and the doors were locked. Both employees looked at me like I was crazy and stated that the register shuts down at 8:45pm. Granted I’ve worked in retail and I know for sure that registers just don’t shut down automatically. It was the end of business day and I’m sure that they both were trying to get home. I’ve herd of shutting door down 5 minutes before close, but and entire 15 minutes before close is insane to me. All I wanted to do was return my slides and purchase a bag. They wouldn’t even come to the door, they yelled at me through the glass from the register. I asked them for a business card so I could reach out to management, and they handed me the business card through the crack of the doors. This situation was very distasteful and if you guys close the register at 8:45 it should be listed on the website as well.

they’ll suggest you buy the display before suggesting that they can just order and ship to your house. happened to me twice here already.

Went in today to return shoes. Never worn. I tried them on, tried to break them in , in the house. Very uncomfortable. The “manager” , the pregnant one, says you wore these I’m not taking them back. I stated that I never wore them , I tried to break them in , in the house , she said I’m not taking them back you wore them and walks away. She was very nasty and miserable. I will definitely be calling corporate. I own a store and this is no way to treat customers who shop there often and NEVER returned anything.

Usual options but employee helping my wife kept making comments inferring that we were only purchasing to wear once for something then try to return later. Employee also kept giving myself judging glances due to having my child with me (even though I stepped out of store to let my wife shop without having to deal with a child trying to look at everything). That single employee is the only reason for this poor review, idk if they were having a bad day but it was contagious and left us bothered thinking we did something wrong.

Melissa the manager her is awesome she searched and found a shoe for me and ordered it ,and I live in Atlanta Georgia the other stores just brushed me off saying they have no I'm way of getting the shoe, she was so very professional and courteous ....any in the Cherry hills area should definitely patronize the storeTHANKS FR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Staff super helpful however the shoes fit very oddly, it was difficult to find any shoe that fit the entire foot the appropriate size.
