Easily the worst office supply and service store in the country. Incompetence and untrained employees run the store. What a complete embarrassment to Staples corporation to allow these doors to stay open.

This Staples is A GREAT store! we had some copies made and had the pleasure of working with Madeline. She was so effective, kind and professional! Our copies were done quickly and she made our day much easier. Dave was also incredibly helpful, carrying these materials out to my car - both Madeline and Dave should be commended for being the nicest people I've ever met. From now on I will come to this Staples for anything I can. Bonus - they also recycle ink cartridges, so I get to feel pretty good about that, too!

Great place to make copies of items that you really need to have print it out so that you can fill out documentation.

I was just in there doing a smart return and the poor guy working there was just yelled at in front of me by some older looking man who worked there. He took the phone out of his hand and slammed it and reprimanded him right in front of customers. I felt horrible for the guy working there. I wanted to say something so bad, but didn't want the manager or whoever he was to get even more mad at the guy who has to finish a shift there. very disappointing!!

I'm very disappointed with Staples is charging their customers 5 cents for paper bags. The way businesses these days find new ways to nickle and dime their customers, like this, is pretty disgusting. It's bad enough their prices have skyrocketed this past year, or two. They can afford to provide paper bags to their customers. I don't know of any other business that charges for paper bags. Plastic bags since they have been banned here in NJ, yes, because we are stuck with buying those heavy duty plastic bags, not paper. They can afford to offer the convenience of paper bags to their customers for free. Instead they keep their shareholders happy by draining their customers wallets for the dumbest things. Whoever came up with this brilliant idea should be fired. It's not the price of the bag that's the problem, it's the principle.

Don’t go to this Staples,Poorly mismanaged.The store manager walking around. He asked me if I needed help and proceeded to direct me to someone that was completely overwhelmed.I just needed a card laminated.Waited 20 minutes and walked out !!!Never again,

Collin was very rude at the printing station. He made a sarcastic statement and walked away from assisting me. I had to continue questioning him, as a customer service representative he was very rude.

I use Staples for lots of my company's marketing printing. I wanted to thank Nmawa, who is the printing supervisor, for his amazing professionalize. I watch him help a lady who was stress and could not figure out the self-service copy machines. With the patience of a teacher, he calmly walked the lady through the steps. There was no frustration show just great customer service!It is rare to see someone doing their job with great care and efficiency. He was juggling a few other customers at the same time and could have easily left this lady floundering. He not only helps her with care but took care of the other 3 clients with the talent of an orchestra leader. Staples has a real amazing person working that desk and I wanted to say Thank You Nmawa for your talents and heart.

This Staples store has the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. I often get same day labels printed for work & marketing events and the staff in the printing department are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and overly accommodating (even when they are really busy with a lot of customers) and always have my order ready for me when I arrive. And I have to add thatthe staff on the floor assisting customers plus the cashiers always go above and beyond. I truly can't ask for a better experience every time I visit the store.

Ran into this staples with a last minute large banners print idea. The staff walked me through it. It was much less expensive than I thought. Due to their availability at the time they were able to print my whole order in under a half hour.

The young lady working the print desk was rude to my wife before the day mother's day. Didn't make eye contact or offer any help with printing a label for a gift. She literally turned her back and said "go to another store".We went Marlton instead and got the help we needed. They are kind and professional people who actually help their customers with a good attitude.

Staff was very patient and helpful. I was there for a bit and had to print about 150-200 pages and make copies as well. The store was getting so crowded while I was there and with some very demanding and aggressive customers, but the staff was always very professional and tended to everyone well. I was impressed because I would have found it very challenging to not tell off some of the customers that were there.

Purchased a custom photo print. When it came time to put the poster in the frame a realized the photo was not centered and it was printed on paper that had a dashed line running acrossed it. I took a picture of the mistake and drove an hour to the store. When I showed the associate the obvious mistake, I told her I would like to have the poster reprinted. The staples "Big Promise" states that if you are not satisfied with the job they will do it again. The associate said she will only reprint it if I bring her the misprint. I thought the pictures were more than sufficient and they did not mention those conditions online. The time and gas I will spend following her instructions i would have been better off buying it again. This unlike the staples I know. Truly disappointed.
