I can't say enough wonderful things about Gary and his family. My son bought an engagement ring in London thinking he could have it sized when he got back to the US. Turns out the sizing was a complex job that could have collapsed the setting. Not only did Gary get the job done he did it in one day allowing the proposal and surprise party to go off without a hitch. They will forever be a part of my sons engagement story and we will always use Spivak as our jeweler going forward!

The Spivak family is absolutely fantastic. Over the course of several months, I inquired with them and visited them from a recommendation coming from a family member. In the moments we interacted over email, I knew I didn’t want to go to a different jeweler than Spivak.As a young man who was looking to make one of the most important purchases of my life, they handled things with care and kindness. I felt like I was able to be myself and celebrate with them.My fiancée and I walked in uneducated and with some “hunches” for what we thought she might like. I brought my engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) in for repair after I bent it. They not only fixed it within 2 days, but repaired it in a way to make it stronger. I learned my lesson not to do yard work wearing my ring, but if I do happen to do it again, I feel confident that they will be able to fix it!

I went to Spivak Jewelers to get custom engraving done on a pair of wedding bands. They have great customer service and turnaround was faster than expected. The engravings turned out wonderfully and pricing was reasonable.
