The service was excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and are proud about the product they are selling. The bed was super comfortable and I really enjoyed the ability to make the bed softer or firmer. I can't wait for my new bed to get delivered.

My partner and I are looking around for beds, and stepped in here and were greeted by the most welcoming, polite and knowledgeable salesperson, Juan. We aren’t particular about the brand of mattresses we buy, but solely because of this experience with Juan, we most likely will be returning once we move. Thanks so much for making a mundane experience like picking out a mattress, a fond memory!

Juan was so helpful during our first visit to sleep number in cherry hill mall. He answered all of our questions very professionally and was very engaging. We’re excited for our new mattress!

It has been a super long time since I've experienced exceptional customer service. Until this weekend!!! I've never been to the store but as a last ditch effort in trying to resolve an issue I've been having with my sleep number order through the customer service line, I called the store to attempt to get some help. Not ONLY did Gregory at the store do his absolute best to try to help me, he even went above and beyond to take it upon himself to make the neccesary calls and go so far as to even call ME back with his findings and not wait for me to remember to call him as was previously decided. Gregory is TERRIFIC and that statement also goes towards the manager at the location. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for restoring my faith in what "true" customer service really means. Too many for completely forgotten what that term stands for. AWESOME PEOPLE!!!

Customer service is horrible....they sent the wrong bed and the remotes do not work...constantly offline which leave the bed in an uncompromising position and the mobile app does the same..but overall the bed itself is great...just wish I could interact with a more proficient service team...for the cost of the i8 sleep number they should offer a higher quality of service.

Gregory was such a helpful guy! We walked in expecting to just test the beds and walked out with a bed and base ordered. He made everything so effortless. Can't wait for our bed to arrive!

Mr. Gabriel of Cherry Hill .... wow! some sales guy you are!!...you seemed polite in store, but so rude of you to call and argue with your customer. as i recall you said "why waste one hour of my time. that is stupid". nice going!I hope someone coaches you from corporate that every sales opportunity does not convert into a sale. Did you just get here from a old car dealership?

Extremely nice and helpful. I don't understand why the other reviews are so negative. Everyone was patient and kind. I never felt pressured to buy anything and they tried to help us find the best deals. I had a great experience. Thank you!
