Great grocery store, cover all the essentials with good amount of choices, very sympathetic workers always here to help if they can.
I am taking off 1 star because of the lack of bike rack, it could be really useful to have a dedicated space for my bike when I come to shop!

Since I've been home bound for medical reason ShopRite had been nothing but wonderful to me. The manager and assistant manager of the home delivery department I needed to call a couple of times since I had to use this service in 2023 resolved my matter in a timely fashion. The last time I called about a situation I truly forgot about it in a couple of days she called me back and everything had been resolved. They're the "GREATEST"

I was able to get in and out and a staff member helped out with the coupons at the self-checkout, which is faster than the regular checkout. Also, they have a good loyalty program with Price- Plus with the coupons.

I usually like shopping at the Cherry Hill location. I do shop at other locations that have a nicer bakery dept. But when it comes to the deli department, it will always be a letdown. My son has food sensitivity, if its not a certain way, he won't eat it. Now, I have worked in a deli for 15 years, and I understand how customers can be "annoying" when it comes to asking specific things like having their coldcuts cut, but sometimes as parents we need it for a reason. Deli meats are not cheap, so if I leave a note in the order of how I need it cut, do you even bother to look. I ask for my meats cut thin, not shredded or shaved, just thin, not paper thin or anything ridiculous. But when you cut it like I'm making a lunch thick and didn't ask for that, that's rude. My son can't eat it like that and now it's a waste. They make it so you don't interact with the deli and have to hope they just read and do it right. Well, they show me why I don't bother going to that deli, and shop at other shoprite deli departments

The was not crowded at all. It was very easy to find what you were looking for. The people were very friendly and helpful. It was definitely a very good experience.

Today I was shopping in ShopRite in Cherry Hill wanted to get something from the meat department, but they did not put it out on the shelf. I rang the bell for somebody to come out, but they did not come out. I peaked my head inside where they processed and packaged meat, when I looked inside, I saw four birds on the stainless steel countertop picking at raw meat and stuff that was supposed to be packed up. Spoke to the manager about this situation came back to me and gave me a $20 gift card. That’s not what I was looking for , so I called the health department and explain to them what was happening along with products that are in the refrigerated that are past due due date. I don’t think that the people that work there are doing their job and people that eat the packed meat are going to get sick , I will not be shopping there anymore

I am always impressed with the number of cashiers and lanes they have open on any given day. Great selection of food, good store brands and helpful staff

I was reminded why I stopped going to shop rite. Not allowed to use self check out. So ridiculous. Not even when No one in the store.Pay more people to work self checkout if you are having problems there. This generation hates the regular line and you’re pissing off the older generation who wants to use the regular cash register lines.Shop rite from home has been pretty bad all 3 times I’ve tried it over the last couple years.Employees are usually quite pleasant. Items are usually well stocked, but unfortunately none of that matters when you spent years funneling everyone to self check out and now that’s what everyone wants. I need to see the sale process coming up while they are happening. Your receipts make no sense when multiple discounts are being applied. Maybe if you fix that, then things would be slightly better.Ugh. What a shame. I miss Shop Rite
