We had a chipped windshield due to a rock getting kicked up while driving. Mobile repair came out to us and replaced the windshield. Being informed the windshield comes with a lifetime warranty is a relief. A few weeks later, it rained and the rain sensing wipers did not work correctly. We called for a warranty claim. After some testing, the sensor behind the windshield was replaced and functionality was returned. The technician was quite pleasant and very communicative on what was done. If you get a chip in your windshield, there's only one place to call. Safelite repair, Safelite replace.

Terrible experience all around. Got an email that my part was in, scheduled an appointment, took off work, showed up, was informed the part was not in. No communication from business to let me know or reschedule, total waste of time. Will be using another provider.

I WOULD LIKE TO WARN EVERYONE THAT THE DAYS OF PAYING SAFELITE AUTO GLASS SHOULD BE OVER !! WE HAVE GOOGLE !!! THERE ARE MANY GLASS SHOPS THAT ARE LEAST $100-$200 CHEAPER THAN SAFELITE!! TRY IT !! GOOGLE ANOTHER GLASS SHOP IN YOUR AREA , THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO BEAT SAFELITE COSTS AND PRICES!! YOUR WELCOME!! LOL

I had just had a new windshield applied to my Cayenne 3 days prior, but when I needed my wipers, only the driver's side worked. I tried calling to speak to someone, but they had just closed at 530p, and I was about 15 min away. I arrived, and there was a vehicle that a couple of techs were still working on. I explained my situation, and without hesitating they said they would look at my wiper. JUSTIN deserves 10 STARS ?!He diligently worked on it until I had a working passenger side wiper. He also installed new blades for my inconvenience!

Had an appointment Saturday they called to reschedule and the an hour later called to cancel because the glass they ordered was broken. That being said I called another company late Friday afternoon and they came to my house Monday and we're done in a hour and $200 cheaper then Safelite. Glad I moved forward with the other company because Safelite definitely wasn't for me

Completely wasted my time, I setup an appointment with this company for a tech to fix my windshield which had a small crack from a stone. The tech they sent out gave me a bunch of lip service about how we waited too long to get it done, I had to wait a week and a half for them to come out for the repair. Obviously they focus more on commercials than service. I'll just have to go to a competitor

Quick and easy. These guys are so fast. It took maybe 45 minutes at the most. Super easy to make an appointment and hand them the keys. And picking up was just as easy.

I had a stone impact on my 6 week old new car. I had to drive to the actual shop since a 2024 did not show on their drop down menu. They had me make arrangements through my insurance and everything from appointment set up to repair was excellent customer service and follow up after the repair. The only negative I had was if I chose the mobile service then I had to give them an 8 hour window waiting for their mobile to show up. They should be able to make this a much shorter time window like 2 or 4 hours.

Brought my car in under warranty because I thought the leaking inside was due to the replaced windshield. The technician called me and said the replacement window was fine, but my sunroof was clogged and the water was coming in from there. He drained and unclogged it for me and did not charge. I forget his name and felt bad I didn’t have any cash on me for a tip, but I will be returning as a customer if the need arises again.

Had a repair on Saturday, then the car would not start. They did not respond to the customer service email, the text or even be able to get someone on the phone. I drove there and Ron the Store Manager never calls back or apparently works. Keenan the DM I left 4 voice mails no repsonse.next is Channel 6 news.
