Very shady company. Terrance lies. He'll tell you that the machine is paid for, but then you will get bills in the mail 2 months later. You can save probably $800-$1000 & not to mention lots of wasted time by just going to "The CPAP Shop" or "CPAPx"

Don’t open up when they’re supposed to. Was told misleading information. Super nice guy when he deals with you. But beware when you have to return for questions and assistance. I will check with your insurance company as to other providers other than ADAPT HEALTH??. You’re at their mercy as to whether or not your machine is being picked up by them. Good luck fighting the bills afterwards. I returned my equipment and will go with another company. They appear to be just a money machine.

Terrence was great! He helped provide a proper fitting mask and he showed me how to connect and disconnect machine components. He also showed me how to use the app and instructed me on when and how to clean my machine. He was also able to assist two customers that walked in during my appointment. I feel comfortable using my machine and app tonight.

Be sure to ask for a break down of charges before accepting any equipment. It appears the equipment that was "pre-selected" for me was incredibly expensive and I was set up with all of the additional add-ons. Had I known there were other options for equipment I may have saved a few hundred while still receiving the same sleep apnea treatment. If anyone at Adapt Health is reading this, please contact me at your earliest convenience.

This company harasses me with bills for the equipment that I never ordered or received from them for over a year. The insurance company marked them as fraud and denied all their claims. After this they started billing me directly, however they couldn’t produce a single documentary evidence of the order. They even threatened me in their communication. Time for the lawsuit!

Kate is It's for beyond amazing extremely helpful! This is my 1st time here and I'm here and I will always come back reasonably priced. And just so kind and knowledgeable it was honestly a pleasure shopping here I was in-and-out no problem I just can't get over the knowledge I will make all my shopping here in the future for all my C Pat needs!!!

Adapt Health delivered my bed three days after it was approved. They called and told me when they were on the way, but they should have called the day ahead so I could plan. Fast set up and they showed me how to use the bed.

They don’t answer their phone. What kind of business are they running? Never saw positive reviews, only bad write ups. If I was looking for a company and read 5hese write ups, I would 4un, not walk away from Ocean Home Health.

I recieved my Cpap about 2 weeks ago. 2 day after my Dr sent the prescription in to them. I used it that night and couldn't use the full mask. I called and was sent to the wrong place a couple of times,but then reached the right department. Told the my problem,got a call that same night and Danielle brought my new pillow nasal mask two days later. The only problem I've had was when I call,other then that everything was great,very Tertius and knowledgeable. I also received a nebulizer machine from them and not one problem,they received the prescription on Thursday and delivered it on Saturday. To me it's a very good company and will continue to use them.

Just got off the phone with one girl from billing. She had no showed zero empathy for my 8 year old son. He needs back up emergency oxygen tanks for his Pediatric COPD. They denied me his oxygen because of a $3.00 copay that wasnt paid... They never told us about in the first place. and when I called her on it she hung up on me in the middle of giving her my debit # to pay my balance

Just about as bad as it gets. Long hold times. Customer service representatives who are unfamiliar with the products, proper use of same, warranty's, product infromation, etc. I'm sure if more people had a choice they would opt out and use another company. My experiences have predominenetly been from bad to awful.

WORST MEDICAL SUPPLIER ON THE PLANET!!! My Mom who is on Oxygen was neglected and left to perish. No EMPATHY, RESPECT or Customer Care. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES LIFE IN THESE PEOPLE CARE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
