Sanai was such a great attendant. The store was busy and she was the only one available and she was calm, thorough, polite and handled the pressure of influx like a true professional. She also gave great advice which led to me purchasing 2 pair of shoes.

I went to the Cherry Hill, NJ location with my daughter. Alannie was excellent she listened and was able to recommend a shoe that felt better than the one we went in for. Alannie is an excellent person and employee.

I stopped into Road Runner Sports on Saturday for the first time. Jawon was helping me out. He asked me a series of questions, put me on a machine to measure my feet and check my arches, had me walk to check my gait, and even set me up with a pair of totally custom insoles. At the end of the process, I feel like I walked out with the perfect pair of shoes that were just for me. Jawon was very helpful and informative and most important, not pushy at all. Thanks man!

Been ordering my running shoes from RRS since the 80's. First with great, highly knowledgeable Customer Service folks on the phone and since the internet online! Just recently visited the Cherry Hill New Jersey store to exchange for size, shoes my wife ordered. The staff were great, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting to purchase high quality running/walking shoes that would be fitted to specially match their needs!
