Shockingly unprofessional and rude staff there. Not helpful at all with a trivial issue. I will never go to this store again. On top of that, poor selection and not the cleanest store either. I've had the worst customer service experience ever at this store.

Came here twice on two different days and both times they did not have a mere $100 for Western Union, idk if the cashier is just messing with me it's only 6:30pm on a weekday or what but God damn I'm frustrated

To the women who's child was given the short change. People make honest mistakes...Try teaching your child to check the change right upon given the change at the register. Then there's no mistakes. Not saying her comment was correct but I have never left a register without counting what I was given right in front of the cashier. That eliminates any questions. Been doing that since my younger years-parental teaching. Take the time to teach instead of teaching negative comments. And thank god the women is working. Does your kid have a job? I totally trust Rite- Aid and have for 40 years. Food for thought. Teach! AND no, I don't work for Rite Aid.

Excellent customer service continues. Switched from CVS almost 2 years ago now. Best decision. CVS had awful, nasty, employees.

Associates are friendly and helpful. All questions were answered regarding my prescription. Store is neat and clean. Easy to find products. Great store!

I’m very happy that we have a pharmacy so close to my home. I also enjoy using the drive-thru. The store seems to always be in stock with the items I need and they have good hours so I when I get off I can stop in.

I found what I wanted fairly quickly. The kiosks have too many options to go through. It doubled my check out time since my transition had to be cancelled and done over.

Can we just take a minute to talk about how amazing Matt and Tracy are? They are probably the best pharmacists I have ever needed to go to. They are extremely busy but ALWAYS take time answer questions and concerns. You can tell that they genuinely care about the customer and their well-being. But in general, everyone behind the pharmacy counter is doing an outstanding job and I’m grateful for all of you.

Pharmacists Tracy and Matt are phenomenal and, although they're always busy, they take time out to talk with guests who need them. They are both very helpful and go that extra mile. Additionally, they have amazing pharmacy techs who know their regular customers by name and always greet them with a smile. Finally, my prescriptions are always filled more quickly than I expect.
