Extremely outdated residence by marriot, the included breakfast was not good i stayed from 12/21 to 1/03 and never thought eggs could be overcooked 13 days straight!!!! lukewarm coffe same product all the time only the protein rotated, however the worst oart was the service, stayed 13 nights and not once the room was serviced, after multiple visits to the front desk and talking to assistant manager and the manager, they promised and nothing, after complaining a lot a semi refresh service was done, however they only brought 3 rolls of toilet paper and a roll of trash bags and left them in the dining table took the trash from kitchen and thats it, a family of 6 with 3 towels, i had to come to front desk and ask them to giveme fresh towels, since there was no service done i asked them to lend me a vacuum, which they did, and give me a fresh set of sheets for the beds, that night i cleaned the room with my wife since the housekeeping was not coming to us, after complaining once more manager told me they would send them to do a full clean, it was very early so i told her to send them in the afternoon, i get to the room amd 10 minutes later the housekeeping lady knocks on door, i told her i requested afternoon and she said they did not told her anything intold her everyone is sleeping please leave this unit for last one of your day, ends up not coming because the other units took too long and once again I was left with no service remember 13 nights. The sofa bed mattress was about 100 years old and front desk told me they could not change it and gave me comforters to place to make it more cushioned, room was not clean had cobwebs in every corner, 1 burner of range was not working, the main door was damaged and you could not lock it and open with ease, also the shoulder on the hinge side of door was so damaged that door was not sealing properly, causing the cold air to enter room so heater was not doing anything, I had to grab paper towel and bunch it up to seal it until they finally came out (on my third complaint) to fix it and they placed a sticky weatherstrip and because of how cold it was that week kept falling off, I do not recommend this place at all, this one is 1st gen which means is very old, will never stay or recommend this place at all, stayed away from this particular one, I have stayed in other residence inn by marriott and this has been by far the worst experience ever.
Rooms: Old, outdated, not very clean.

The bathroom is tight and had rust on some of the metal fixtures. The room itself was clean and matched the description exactly.
The continental breakfast and free parking made this an affordable option for my family.
We only stayed one night. If you truly are staying for a few days it would be great to have the full kitchen and other amenities that we didn’t use.
Easy to get on and off the highway, yet still felt safe enough in the neighborhood.
There was an issue where I got the wrong room, but the hotel staff corrected it immediately and apologized. Overall, I would say this is a good option for a Philadelphia adjacent trip.

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit family in the area. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

As someone who stays at a lot of Marriott locations, this Residence Inn was just "meh." Very pleasant front desk staff at check in, the common lounge area where breakfast is served is very nice and modern with a fireplace that always seems to be going.
However, the rooms are in buildings separate from this check in and breakfast location, so if it's cold or poor weather, parking is limited around that building so you're going to have to do a short walk outside to get there.
The rooms themselves were pretty nice, although cleanliness was a little below what I've come to expect from Marriott (a sliver of someone's bar soap in the shower, the bathroom sink faucet hadn't been wiped down from the previous guest, and the laughable single paper to take notes with looks like it was carried around in a purse for a few days and left back on the nightstand (bent, markings on the back like it was rubbing against something). Not a huge deal, but these small things add up.
Breakfast the first day was just okay, breakfast on morning #2 was very disappointing: and old banana that was completely bruised, the powdered eggs -- even by hotel powdered eggs standards -- was poor, the coffee was luke warm (at 8:00am), and I hope the potatoes I ate were actually potatoes.
I certainly wouldn't want to do an extended stay here -- I can't imagine it if I was here for a month. I wish I had a better review to give. =\

*You Have to Pay to Park Your Car PER Day*
1 Star for no notification at check in that if you have a car you have to PAY for parking per day, but the staff was very nice! I've never stayed at a hotel where there was a parking fee per day on premises for registered guests. I quite like this chain and stayed in another Residence Inn out of state that was roughly the same size as this location for a wedding and parking wasn't an issue.

The rooms look more like an apt. Very nice and clean. Easily accessible since it's right off the highway.

- Too much smell of bug spray in the room when I first entered the room.
- There was no gym in the facility. They told me I can go to nearby racquetball place but it was useless for someone who does not play racquetball.
- The location is not in the busy area and the parking lot was mostly empty but they still charged $ 10.00 per day as a daily parking.
- They served typical continental breakfast but the quality of the breakfast was below expectation for me.
- However, the staff were friendly.
- Would not recommend to others and would not stay here next time. Will find other Marriott brand hotel. I did not get the value for the price I paid for.

Rooms: In my opinion, the rooms are tired. It would seem that this hotel stays busy and the rooms are feeling it. We stayed in 2 different rooms and they were both missing things to make it an extended stay. Missing furniture & missing kitchen items like silverware and cups etc. Worn out pots and pans and dirty, sagging furniture. Broken lock and light. The comforters smelled like they needed to be washed and the bathroom tubs/showers needed a good scrubbing. Staff did address all of our issues!!
Food and drinks: The breakfast is great! The ladies that I saw making breakfast take pride in what they prepare. So much better in my opinion that another hotel we stayed in locally!
Noteworthy details: The front desk staff were awesome! Every issue that I had, they were responsive, kind and helped fix the problem quickly. The location is also convenient!

This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. How Marriot could put their name on this filthy, dirty property is beyond me. I will NEVER stay in another Marriot property after this horrific experience.
The smell in the room of a mix mold, dirt and wet dog cannot be overstated. The trash around facility, the dirt and filth, and pathetic customer service is something you would find in a third world country.
Why did I stay? Because we checked in late on Friday for an event on Friday night, and had no other options. Plus, there would be no refund. I was not going to sacrifice our time at the weeding we traveled for to find a new hotel. The hotel had us over the barrel and could have cared less.
I would rather have slept on a bench in Greyhound bus station than to stay at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE...PERIOD.
Of note, my wife and I are still coughing from whatever I breathed into my lungs during our stay.

Excellent location if you need quick access into Philly. Otherwise if you are a dedicated Bonvoy member and expect any Marriott product or quality consistency this location is one to avoid. It’s a pig with layers of lipstick and dresses added to try and cover up the ultimate fact that it needs to be razed for a fresh property. No amount of repairs will save this location or ever bring it to even a minimal base Marriott level of quality.
Kudos to the employees who try and keep this property serviceable, you are fighting a losing battle. Great job and much appreciate your hard work!

The location was great. I felt like this place was centrally located to the event I attended off property. Upon, check-in, I was greeted by a very friendly woman named Mildred. By the time I checked out, I felt like we were family. I have a son on the spectrum and he likes specific foods. At night, I went to the front desk and came across a Bernadette who assured me the local pizza place had great pizza and wow, did they!?! Bernadette was very helpful.
Rooms: Our room smelled so clean! Loved the cleanliness! I loved the kitchen. It was a stocked kitchen with appliances and all the necessary goods for a kitchen. The dishwashing liquid was a great touch. The sofa mattress was a bit flimsy but was doable for a two day stay.
The pool was great! I have nothing to complain about at all! If I'm ever in this area, I'll definitely stay here again!!
Thank you for everything!!!

Overall great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great! And it was close to all the areas we wanted to see. The only issue we had was with the people above us, but there is nothing the staff can do about that. Just a great hotel to stay at. 100% would stay again.

BEDBUGS!!! First Marriott Property i been to in 30 years that had BEDBUGS that tore me up. I was supposed to be there for 40+nights but ended up checking out after a few days of hell. Yes, i was chaged the full price ofthe room too. This was after the manager acknowledged that the pest control guy told her it was bedbugs. Avoid at all costs. There is a residence inn just a few miles north of this one and its much cleaner and best of all bedbug free.
Rooms: Bedbugs!!!
Safety: Bedbugs!

Awful hotel staff that has no respect for Marriott rewards. Will refuse to accommodate any type of early check in regardless of status (Platinum elite) Rooms are old and outdated. Locations is basically impossible to get to if you're not familiar with the area. And to top it all off, my room has ants. Oh and my toilet was broken so it wouldnt stop running. All night long...Definitely not what you expect from a Marriott. They also charge $10 a night to park but don't tell you that when you check in. This franchise should lose its rights.

I stayed here 6 weeks for work checking out weekends. Showers have no water pressure and more than a few have no hot water. Air conditioners are hit or miss based on location but rooms are convenient if you can get a lower level. Not as clean as I’d have liked but bed sheets were good. Tv only gets maybe 30 channels and defaults to the Marriott channel occasionally where you will see the same 3 programs on a loop. The road work going on in the surrounding areas are confusing along with the fact that U and left turns seem to be outlawed makes it a mission impossible to get in the parking lot.
