Physician Assistant to one of the doctors misinterpreted my pain and discomfort and inability to perform my job "refinery operator" and caused my STD provider to deny my claim. Base on the clinical notes she provided it was absolutely not what I described to her. Barbera Hendrickson who is their disability specialist never returns phone calls, never answers her office phone. Leads me to believe she doesn't even exist. Dr. Rinier is great and an outstanding doctor but his supporting office staff lacks the professional ability to handle the volume of patients and their needs. No fault of his. Just his physician assistant and staff. They really dropped the ball on my case. I'll be using Diamond State in Wilmington from now on. They are 100% on point with everything.

I love Dr. Lee. He’s really great and helpful, but the staff at the cherry hill office disheartens me. I turned in disability paperwork to them as instructed by Dr. Lee almost 2 months ago, but they have not returned it to me or updated me on when. Every time I call, I’m told they’ll send a message to whoever, but I get nowhere and they’re not eager to help me. Today I asked to speak to an office manager and ended up waiting on hold so long that I eventually had to hang up. They are delaying my disability process. Who holds these people accountable?

Dr.Rinnier will do what’s best for you no matter what. I can’t speak about the other docs but Rinnier and his medical assistants are friendly, engaging, and overall good people. It’s hard to realize that this is a business and they’re providing you a service. But!! No matter what the doc is gonna do what’s right for your problems to correct them as much as possible. No doc is always going to do what you want them too. You have to trust that they will do what’s best. I believe Dr.Rinnier does that every time. If you’re going to pain management, don’t think that one visit will fix you. Trust the process and after a while you’ll see the difference. Honestly wish there were more like him.

Relievus is a very good pain management facility and the p.a.'s that work here are fantastic. Recently they were bought out and there have been growing pains but they are still where I want to go

Saw Dr. P a month ago loved him, he’s very knowledgeable however, my follow up appointment was cancelled twice. I was set up for acupuncture and wasn’t able to make it due to my work schedule so I was charged $30 even though I called to cancel. Such a shame I cancelled all my other appointments with this office…..So very disappointed but will not return

Absolutely horrible money grabbing business! Came here after an accident and met with several different doctors. Pain management was extremely pushy with opioids which I didn’t want. I told them I was in absolute agony and needed to see the next available appointment, and they told me they’d see me in three months. Went back to pain management (Dr. Lee) after having surgery since they are one of the only places in area to do ketamine injections. I was told that they took Cooper’s patients and don’t take insurance for the injections and that it’s not worth it because it’s too expensive. He never reviewed my medical records, had no idea what medications I was on, nor did Relievus bill my insurance correctly. I have tried contacting them numerous times about my incorrect bill, even though Dr. Lee shouldn't get a penny due to the rushed appointment where he didn't review my records. They have my insurance info, but they failed to bill properly. When attempting to contact Relieveus, I have been left on hold with no answer, and they haven't responded to my emails. After asking what I should do because I am suffering, Dr. Lee told me that I have basically exhausted all of my options and will be like this forever.

review is from Nykisha Sheffield, I had an appointment today at the Hamilton location at 1 arrived 12:45 as advised checked in and all, 15 mins later I was told appointment was scheduled w a PA not the doctor, but the doctor is in but too busy to see me and for me to come back tomorrow. I wasted my time coming there for a confirmed appt, 2 people in waiting room not once say I will squeeze you in or if you wait a hr or so nothing. I was told to come back tomorrow because the scheduler made error, That is very inconsiderate being that this was confirmed w Mahoney and I am already here. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional to say the least, Poor customer service rating. Please post this to the Hamilton locations Review, I am so livid. Nykisha Sheffield

I’ve been going to this provider for a couple years now. I’ve rarely had any issues with them. Well, today my views have been changed. I’ve had numerous spinal surgeries over the last few years. This practice has been helping me manage my pain. It’s chronic to say the least but I’m 80 % better than I was before my big surgeries however, I’ve been on pain meds since my surgeries and never had any issues. So I went on a 12 day vacation and asked the D.O. there to please give me some extra meds so I don’t run out during my trip. She said NO! Just have the pharmacy call her and she’ll send a request for it. Well, that didn’t work because a different pharmacy and not knowing me and my history, said they didn’t have any meds and would have to order it and it wouldn’t be there during my stay!! Long story short, half of my $3,400 vacation that I saved up for, was ruined because I wasn’t able to get my meds!!!Somehow, I managed to try and have a good time. After coming back home, the woman in the office when I called to get another script, gave me a hard time and she had a nasty attitude to boot!! Then a few days later when I had another script due, this same woman gave me more attitude and said I wasn’t due for it!!! I called my pharmacy and explained the situation and they said there’s no problem with me getting my script and it’ll be ready in 2 hours!! I called the drs office back and told this same person that I had my script and she needed to work on her attitude with patient care!!! She needs to be fired ASAP!!!So, if you’re in pain and need help, don’t go to Reluevus so you’re not treated like a drug addict!!! Shame on them!!! BTW, I’m 68 years old and this horrible person needs to respect elders and people who are suffering!!

Dr P is an outstanding doctor. He is of part of a rare breed, a doctor that truly cares about you. In addition, they offer a plethora of cutting edge alternative options to medications. The office staff is very helpful and when you call you actually speak to a person! Dr. P’s is intelligent, empathetic and kind. If you are in pain go to see Dr. P you will not be disappointed!!!

Would NOT recommend. It took 10 days for them to respond to my insurance company for additional info so my prescription for a non-narcotic could be filled. Left message after message after message. When I finally got a human on the phone, the person I spoke to admitted she hadn't even listened to my voice mails. I also left a message for the procedure scheduler NOT to schedule an injection, but they scheduled me anyway as I received follow-up text messages for this procedure. I left another message explaining that this was never supposed to be scheduled and yet they scheduled a two-week follow-up visit as evidenced by the texts I just received! They obviously never check their voice mails. Lastly, the doctor I saw told me to REMIND her on the day of the injection that I could not be put under due to an underlying health condition. That's hardly re-assuring.

What happened! I gave you a 5 after this new company merged, it's not the same. You cannot get in touch with your Dr or anyone who actually knows anything. You have a call center with Spanish speaking individuals who cannot transfer you to a Dr, a nurse, or a supervisor. I have been calling the procedure scheduling dept for 2 days no answer wont call back I am in tremendous pain Aren't you pain management why can I only make an appointment, ask for medicine or schedule a procedure WTH

Just a short thank you to the many wonderful professionals that have worked hard to ensure people who require their services get them promptly.Thank you one and all for your professional and congenial work ethic from the reception desk to the doctors themselves and all the wonderfully attentive professionals in between. Your efforts are greatly appreciated now and in the future. If you are considering Relievus for your care I would highly recommend them as I've been with them from the very first day they opened in my area and have been very glad they've been there for me each day since.Mr. Thomspon
