Easy-Peesy”!
Went on the website, saw a nice piece, purchased online and set delivery date.
Two days later I got my recliner loveseat. Fast efficient delivery service @ Raymour and Flanigan.
The guys came on time, set up my recliner loveseat in 5 minutes and were out the door. Amazing piece. Works great. Looks great. Sturdy. I love it!

Haven't received the furniture yet, however my sales person Hans was really helpful with my order. I ordered it online and we got disconnected. He called me immediately and walked me through my purchase. I love Raymond and Flanagan ❤️

We have been customers of R&F for probably 20 years. The quality, fit and finish are top-notch and the price is competitive. I am sure you can find cheaper furniture but remember that you get what you pay for. We have many rooms with R&F furniture and it still looks good after many years. Sales and service is also fantastic and R&F is one of the few retail stores that you can go and see merchandise on the floor. So if you are in the market for furniture, we highly recommend giving R&F a chance, you won't be disappointed and it will last for years!

My experience with R&F has always been VERY positive. I’m always so impressed at how helpful and attentive the customer service reps are over the phone. I can only imagine how my experience would be at a store! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and just placed my 5th order? and the furniture quality has and continues to be top-notch!! The shipping charges are a bit steep but totally worth it.

When I walked into R&F I was met by SA Zach Trexler. I explained the type of bedroom set I wanted and he was very patient walking me through many selections about three times, Lol, mattresses too so I could find something I was happy
With. Next Zac T. Led me to the living room set I wanted, we discussed options and helped me find a set I am pleased with.
Zac is professional and knowledgeable making it a thumbs up shopping experience for me.

I went in today with my friend and there was lady with black who is an employee she asked us if we were looking for anything my friend was looking for a dresser and a small couch after a lil while we went from the 2nd floor to see the dressers to the 1st floor to see desks and couches the employee went up to us again if we were looking for anything one more time we explain to her that we were just looking around thats all we sat on a couch and then she came up to us very rude saying that we are just wasting her time and we should just get out (by the way we asked her various questions about payments and prices about the furnitures we looked at) very disappointed experience since its my first time at the store
