  Me, my family, and a group of boys came to get suits for my sisters quince. They did the measurements and everything and told us to come back 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later they only fixed the measurements for the jacket and the blazer, not the pants. Respectfully this is very unacceptable. We came back expecting everything to be ready, especially because my sisters quince is in 2 weeks. We already have enough things to stress about but the suits add even more stress. But some stuff are still missing. The place is nice though i can’t lie.

  We came here two weeks ago and we got our measurements down, for them not to do anything two weeks later. We came here thinking we were going to get our suits and we still had things to be fixed. Lady had a bad attitude and we tried to cooperate with her but couldn’t do anything about it. That same day we saw other customers complaining as well. Unbelievable. The place is nice though, but the service isn’t.

  Just went shopping tonight- got three suits at a very good price with tailoring. The consultant was patient and explained everything- very satisfied with my experience here. Great variety to boot.

  I bought 3 suits, paid for tailoring on all suits and only to find out that only on suit was tailored. He doesn't have the decency to acknowledge that I bought the suits there. He is a two faced liar.

  I tried to return a tie I bought from your stores a day after buying it and the manager decided to tell me now there’s no returns for accessories, only store credit or exchange. I was not informed of this at the time of purchase and this policy is not indicated on any of the return policies shown at the stores. I’ve included a photo of the return policy for reference. When I explained to the manager I was not informed of this policy he implied it was my job to ask, and that “all the stores are doing it”. Truly unprofessional and I honestly feel cheated. Why would I want to use store credit at this store ever again? Terrible experience, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

  Truly one of the worst shopping decisions of my life was to think I could get a more affordable suit here for my wedding and be valued as a customer.The tell-tale sign should have been when the employee REFUSED to measure me and simply had me guess what size and alterations were needed based on a suit that was way too small, then way too big.I had to go to the store SEVEN times across TWO MONTHS to deal with issues related to the shipping arrival of my suit, then the botched alterations, botched re-alterations, the terrible tailoring work, and other headaches after Syed claimed he was doing me a favor because the original employee had been fired for incompetency.I was never given a receipt when I purchased the suit, so every time I came to the store, I was treated like a random person and eventually had to walk away (again, after 7 visits) with pants that are un-hemmed and about 3 sizes too big, despite paying for alterations that Syed would not refund.Please try to shop elsewhere. The savings are unlikely worth the frustration.

  Awsome costumer service!! Yasir and his crew got myself and 17 groomsmen ready for my wedding this past weekend and we were all very satisfied with our tuxedos. They nails the look we were aiming for. Even had a few from Maryland late and were still able to be accommodated by yasir and management. Thanks again guys???

  My son and I recently visited the Cherry Hill location and was refused service. While the manager helped another customer about the same weight and age as my son, we patiently browsed picking out a suit beforehand. When it was our turn he immediately stated he couldn’t help us without measuring my son to make that determination. When I asked how does he know if he didn’t measure him he gave me a condescending response stating it is his store. This manager took one look at my son and made an unfair and incorrect assessment. This store needs appropriate training on treating customers of all backgrounds and diversities with respect and regard because this manager clearly lacks all of those traits. I would never recommend anyone to shop at that establishment. Your patronage will not be respected.

  Syed and John were wonderful in helping me pick out a suit! They offered in house tailoring and service was honest.Syed and John took their time to help me and make sure all my needs were met.

  Came here for suits for a groom and his groomsmen. Owner had an attitude the ENTIRE TIME. Also paid for Alterations and when we picked up tje suits, we unfortunately didn't get a chance for them to try it on and just took the suits home. ABSOLUTELY none of the pants were hemmed. One jacket had one sleeve done. The other jacket, nothing was done to it. Paid for Alterations and they didn't even do a half decent job. Look elsewhere!

  Syed was absolutely amazing! He was extremely accommodating and helped me find the best deals to purchase four incredible suits. He made walking into a suit shop for a female a great experience. Going to be purchasing every suit and tux from Qualis from here on out!

  Max approached me in this lovely store right she said hey you need help cuz no one else seemed interested in helping me she walked me over to the mens section an said this would look nice on you! Everything she picked out for me I bought Her costumer service was on point and All the outfits fitted nicely I enjoyed my experience at the store fr Max had great expertise she really brightens the entire store ???
