Waited over 15 minutes while the lady at the front desk tried to rail numbers on the phone. Me and another gentlemen literally stood there waiting for service. No greeting no acknowledgment. Will never be coming back. Awful awareness and customer service

I want to share my story as I didn't have a pleasant experience here with the lady who was working. I came in, inquire a quote for my garment and she provided a quote. I thought the quote was a bit pricey and thought out loud but agreed to the service. Asked if I could pick it up the next day around the same time (around 5:45pm) she pushes my garment towards me and said "can't do." I'm confused, can't do what? Is she refusing to service my garment? I asked can't do what? She said no same day service. But it's not same day service. She then repeats can't do. I was like can I pick it up Friday? She becomes louder in tone "can't do." So I was like I'm going to have my garment dry clean, if I can't pick it up tomorrow when can I pick it up? She goes "uhh what's today Wednesday, Saturday afternoon." And I said ok that's all you had to say. She stops in her tracks and yells at me "what's your problem? You asked for same day service." But I didn't? I grabbed my garment and decided not to go through with the service. I'm leaving and I hear her huffing and puffing and calls me crazy. I thought I was wrong and I saw other reviews how her prices are higher than competitors. She was able to muster to say, "can't do, saturday, and today, so why didn't she explicitly say "can't do today. You can pick it up on saturday?" If she articulate what she meant to say, it could have helped both parties from a bad encounter and misunderstanding. Instead she chose to say can't do while pushing my garment back towards me leaving me thinking that the business was unable to perform the dry cleaning service. It's unfortunate that this encounter hurt both sides of the party: they lose a potential business and I lose the opportunity to have my garment dry cleaned.

Got my stinky eBay find back smelling great. The fabric was sorta crunchy but now is soft! Best of all the white wasn't dingy. Very pleased.

This place is the best! I’ve had all my curtains hemmed here and a dress and everything has come out perfectly. I can’t speak to the dry cleaning but I can only imagine it is top notch. The owners are SO nice too.. I live nearby so when I walked over to pick up my curtains not realizing how heavy it would be to carry them all back. The owner drove them to my house for me, no charge and no questions asked. They are always so friendly every time I go in. Highly recommend!
