Cust rep was a little rude, dismissive, and was not listening to me. Been with you guys for quite a while, never had an experience like this. Won’t be coming to this branch unless I have to in the future.

Good Evening,If I could leave a zero star review I would. I recently (past 6 months) opened a couple business accounts here and have had nothing but issues. Justin is definitely not the best around. From mistakes he made uploaded documents, his ability or time to correct his mistakes. I wasn't able able to draw money from an account I opened. I hope that our relationship changes and I don't have to change banks just utilize another branch.

Mohammed had been a huge help and was awesome in assisting me with my account issues. Jasmine also assisted me and she was very friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend this branch.

I went to this bank to cash my paycheck, which I do every other Tuesday. I then go deposit the money into my Bank of America account. The ATM wouldn’t take two of the $100 bills because they were older. Typically that happens and you just have to go inside. I went inside and one of the $100 bills was counterfeit. PNC bank gave me a counterfeit bill. The manager at Bank of America kept the $100 bill but gave me a paper and a copy of the bill to take to PNC. I took the paper to PNC and they would not help me at all. They filed a report and said once I left the bank they can’t help me. Who on earth would ever think a bank would give you a counterfeit bill? Why would I feel the need to check my money from a bank? If the machine doesn’t catch it the teller counting the money should. Do not take any $100 bills from this bank! Now I’m out of $100 because they didn’t catch this counterfeit bill. This isn’t right at all.

The wait at this bank is always too long. Not enough tellers and the ones here are chatterboxes and take too long. Hire more tellers!

Way too slow. They need more people. More cash counters. Spent 30 minutes to complete one deposit.

I like people who work there, but I don't like PNC in general. I never late with my payment, but because of mistake some stuff member, main office told us to pay for the loan at the branch. , every month, no more auto payment. Besides that, I put check with higher amount to our loan account.?what they did? Do you know? They put extra money , no not to our principal balance,! They put to there interest !! Can you imagine? I just tired of that and want to move to other bank.

Very disappointed with how PNC handled our mortgage inquiry process. We've been customers of PNC for years and they mishandled our mortgage process so awfully, I'm not sure we'll stay with them for long. First of all, we were given the brush off when we went into the branch to ask for a mortgage. That's fine, we called the number they gave us. But then we were treated unfairly and rudely by their broker due to a protected status. We were given loans by other banks, so all ended well, but PNC needs to work with their bankers and what the law is re: the FHA and how it applies. Shameful.

I have had a checking account with PNC for years. I recently spoke to a Jason at this branch and asked him about my account. I had questions about the deposits and withdrawals from the account. As was asking him questions, he continuously cut me off and did not assist me in anyway. He spoke to me in a condescending manner and did not help at all. I'm sure this branch has many pleasant people to speak with, but Jason was rude and had no professionalism.
