Geesh, let me say this I usually don't like to blog about certain racially charged circumstances but today was an unusual day for me at the Mt Laurel ,NJ Branch. I have 2 business accounts and a personal. The teller and her manager were sitting there comparing my old signatures with my signature that was written on my withdrawal slip. She then asked me several times which accounts was I using to make a withdrawal but i already gave her the card she was supposed to get the money from, im confused. They really pissed me off and I'm considering changing banks after 8 years of business due to this unfortunate situation.

Worst, WORST pnc branch EVER!!! No Saturday hours and both ATM machines never work! One day you can deposit cash, the next day you can't. One day you can withdrawal cash, next day you can't. And one is usually broken. The front door sticks too. You can't depend on this pnc branch for anything.

Of all the PNC branches in the area, this one is my far the best with the most attention to detail and customer support. They caught issues with my account TWICE that no other branch alerted me to. Cori and Andrew deserve special notice.

Just left this branch. We made an appointment to open an account. Got there early. Branch was empty, just one customer at counter. No one greeted us at all. We get to the teller and let her know that we had an appointment to open an account. She just pointed to a sign behind us and told us to scan the QR code and then slid the wood partion closed. No hello or anything. We did as directed and were going to wait when we received a text telling us to wait until they texted us that they were ready. Well, we waited outside for over 30 minutes and never received a text. 15 minutes past the appointment time, still no text. For an empty bank branch they acted as if they were to busy and too good for our business. We'll take our business elsewhere.

Very positive experience! Lisa ( I think that was her name) was very kind and was cracking me up- in a good way ! I have never been to this particular brand and if I lived closer I would definitely frequent it more often. It was clean and organized. thanks , PNC !

The teller and customer service on April 1, 2021 around 9am were horrible. I wasn’t able to get my money after being their for almost an half hour. The black trailer was like we can’t find your online banking info and the when the customer service ( person),, said my password was different. Wow!!!!!!!!The cashier said she couldn’t give me my money because my account was not verified and when I came back to see the customer service (person) she said it was because of my ID, I said to her where were you the first time I was here and she stated she was not told I was waiting for her. She had a very smug attitude like the cashier. SMDH

Every single teller & Shane were very polite & helpful! Mind you came all the way from Philadelphia to this branch because they are not nasty or ghetto! Great customer service.

Great customer service, one of the most convenient PNC banks in the area. I've been using PNC for several years but this location really drew me in with their location and staff. It wasn't long before they knew me by a first name basis. Highly recommend working with PNC for personal and business.

Very rude people working here. The teller had an attitude when we asked a question. We were made to stand waiting in the lobby for 15 mins when there was a gentlemen just sitting in his office available to help. Will probably never come to this particular branch again.

Had to wait a half hour to find out they were out of toner..... That doesn't just happen, how can a BANK run out of toner. It's not that hard, order replacements when you know you are running low. Now I have to wait to close my account and believe me I'm glad I'm leaving.
