This bulding and this management is one of the best that i ever had to be a part of. They have been doing an amazing job making sure the building is always safe and clean. The maintenance calls are always fast and helpful. The location is also undeniably coveniant. It's with in less then 10 minutes to everything.

Very up kept grounds , major renovations to the hallways (new wallpaper and carpet ). Lowest HOA fees in Cherry Hill as well ! Would highly recommend to a friend .

Went to see a condo unit and the grounds looked dirty and unkept. Needless to say I didn’t move forward with the unit.

Great place always quiet.Been here 12 years.It is a condo building. We lease a 1 br unit. Utilities a bit high though and now prices have shot up 35% thanks to biden. Carpets and wall paper are nice. Always well decorated for holidays.

I just moved out after living here for 8 months. This is a detailed account of my experience.Utilities:Cherry Hill is expensive anyways but this place is insane. At the time of writing this, the electricity rate is .25 and the gas rate is 1.35. If you don’t know about gas/ electricity rates, that is literally double and triple the average even for an area like Cherry Hill, and they are continuing to increase the rates without explanation for why it is so high.Condo Interior:- The water in this place is also ridiculous. When you are showering it will switch from burning hot to freezing cold in an instant. Every unit has the same issue, and we have heard our neighbors screaming in rage or shock as the water suddenly switched on them as well. They will tell you that ‘they are working on this issue’- internet lines in the condos are set up in strange areas like bedroom closets. We were not able to get consistent wifi or use data if we moved anywhere besides our bedroom/ office. My husband and I tried different cell phone plans and internets so it wasn’t an issue on our side.- the walls are made of brick or something, I’m not sure. While that was good for soundproofing, it made it extremely difficult to get even a thumb tack into the walls let alone hanging up proper paintings or anything.Common Areas:- The laundry area on my floor was flooded legitimately half the time I was living there.- the tennis courts were also closed the entire time I was living there as apparently fixing the courts is too expensive for them.Management:- The condo office is staffed erratically and if you have any issue to bring up they’ll say you have to email them. They will not respond to those emails. Lucky for me I rented through an outside landlord or else I’m certain getting them to come for maintenance would have been a nightmare.- there are no smoking signs in several areas but have witnessed management smoking everywhere including in elevators?? It’s crazy
