I did not have a pleasing experience. For some reason they allow men in the locker room/ bathroom while women are showering. I’m sure that they have a standard procedure and are not supposed to allow this however they did. When I complained I was told the manager was unavailable and I had to wait. Their excuse was that he was cleaning. At no time did he announce himself or ask if he could enter the shower area with me. I am highly upset with this establishment. I have never had this happen at Planet Fitness and will be reporting them. I need to know their procedures and policies.

Overall cleanliness and atmosphere is great but unfortunately the showers never have hot water. I’ve notified the staff multiple times over a few months and this is still a reoccurring issue.

I'm going to a different planet fitness one of the guy workers always makes me uncomfortable and always gives me dirty looks and attitude! I just want to go to the gym and feel comfortable. If he wasn't there when I go in I would be happy.

Solid planet. Clean which is saying something with these places here lately. easy to get to plenty of parking. Staff was super friendly. Members were friendly and clean. For the most part all the machines we're working. It was never real crowded when I was there I think I visited about five times. Just the traveler who's been a well over a hundred different planet fitness. I gave him five stars as far as planet fitness goes especially in the past year company seems to be slipping a little bit with their cleanliness and staff. This place seems to do what they're supposed to do and how they're supposed to do it.
