I went today!! It was an amazing experience and the person that helped me- forgive me I forget her name but it was around 3:15-3:20. She was incredibly nice and made me feel so comfortable and piercings are so perfect.

I got my ears pierced! Danielle is the store manager at Banter. She did such an amazing job explaining to me the after care of my purchase. She also set up an appointment for me in 6 months to check on my ear piercing

I went to the mall last night for a new belly ring. The stands in the mall seem to close earlier than the mall? The hours online say 10-7. Came back today and the girl at the counter said the mall doesn't actually open until 11... At 1032. Total waste of time yet again. Hours should be updated and adjusted to make sense for the actual mall being open

Bought a chain necklace with the extended warranty. Staff where great. Product good. One of the links however broke and upon trying to use the warranty I was told I’d have to pay extra to replace. Why did I spend money on the warranty?

So there are two of the kiosks in the mall, and both of them have no clue what their company policies say. The one by JC Penney would not do price match even though the official Banter website says that any storefront can match online prices from their website. The one on the other side of the mall (suite 1763), I had made a pickup order at 10:30 AM, and said it should be about 4 hours. Since I was their I walked over to see if I could pick it up because it was 6pm well over 4 hours. I get there and the 3 employees where on their phones not acknowledging anyone and one was even on the floor on their phone while charging. I ask to get help, she searches for their iPads which are all hidden away under a bunch of stuff in the drawer and they obviously never looked for online orders today because none of them where logged into and she took several minutes to get on wifi and then log in to work. She then takes several minutes to look for my order, then the employee on the floor decided to get up and help finally, after more minutes they can not locate my order. After all that she gives me some excuse about inventory and cancels my order. I then take a look around to browse and quickly see the chain I ordered sitting right there. I ask her to get it and process it but she can no longer do so because it was canceled and she also refused to price match it even though she saw I had it ordered with the price. It was such a frustrating experience and I would never go back to get service and that pagoda. They all need to find new jobs if they don't want to work. Today I called the Cherry Hill NJ store to see if they had the size nose ring I needed. I gave her the gauge size, color and inch size. The employee tells me she can't tell me because they have a lot of nose rings in the system and when I asked "how would you look it up if I were in person?" She tells me "you would show me a picture" How does me showing a picture of a nose ring tell the employee what size I need? When I asked that she 100% hung up on me. How is it that a place that sells jewelry can't find what you need when you give them the exact specifications but they would magically be able to tell the size of something when you show them a photo? Ridiculous and unprofessional.

I came just to get some earrings and the staff was friendly doing their job assisting me but the supervisor Danielle was being a problem…. I feel bad for the staff honestly. the employee helping me already offered me to sign up for a credit card multiple times and I declined… the supervisor to walked by and I overheard her saying to the employee she didn’t do a good enough job because I didn’t want it. She even came up to me and tried to sell it to me herself another time! Its not fair or a good experience to a customer who just wants a simple pair of earrings to get harassed over and over about signing up for a credit card they clearly don’t want. Long story short I got my earrings and I love them but pushing a whole credit card on someone when they already said no multiple times is NOT okay!

I had a good experience yesterday, when I went for my 7 month old baby to get her ear pierced. The lady who took care of us was really friendly, patient and had done a good job.My baby only cried the first 5 minutes, then she was good to go and shes been good since then. That's because the job was done corrently.Great place!
