I saw a neurosurgeon yesterday. He was fine. I was told a week previous to my visit to fax all my records and testing to them so they could scan them in to my file. The scheduler told me that the docs like to go over records a couple of days before your appointment. Nothing was ever scanned in to my file. Good thing I brought copies of everything with me. I had to go through questions with the medical assistant, the PA, and then the doctor. None of them knew what I was there for because the staff never did their job with my records. I used to be a Penn patient, but I left because the staff was horrible in Woodbury Heights and Cherry Hill. I only went because I was referred to see a neurosurgeon that is in Penn. Penn is not like they used to be.

I don’t understand why I can't directly call my Primary Care Physicians Office here. You have to go through 6 different menu options to then speak to someone who isn't even located at PennMed Cherry Hill. That person then sends a message to your PCPs office that will be read within 4 hours. It is absolutely ridiculous that I can't actually talk to anyone in the office when I'm trying to be seen for a sickness. It's also ridiculous that my call doesn't have to be answered for 4 hours. I'm switching out of this practice ASAP.

This location is amazing, easy access off of a main highway. The facility was clean, the staff were helpful, respectful and professional. The Ambassador Manny, was of great help to me. Definitely worth the drive from my city I will be returning to this location for my health care needs. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect and have the everyday conveniences this is your place!

I was surprised by the poor reviews I read and almost canceled my appointment as a result. And while I can definitely see how patients could experience issues because this location is VERY busy, both of my visits here were as positive as can be expected. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, and I was brought in either early or exactly on time for both of my appointments. Maybe experiences vary depending on what department you are there to be seen by, but mine (with the Breast Center and Radiology) were pretty flawless. Definitely do the online pre-check in to save yourself some time.

I have been a Penn Medicine of Cherry Hill patient for nearly 10 years and I will never step foot in another Penn office again. Over the last year (in multiple specialties) Penn has either screwed me over, outright wasted my time, or bullied me into making healthcare decisions that were opposite of what I requested. To keep this short I'll just mention my most recent experience. About a month ago I called to schedule an appointment with a new primary, my 3rd this year because the previous two both left...suspicious. I had been bullied for months after my original primary left to pick a new one and come in for an appointment, why would I waste my time and money to come in for an appointment that I didn't need when I was just seen before my primary left the practice?? Now with the 2nd new primary, I took an appointment at 7am on 8/7 so that I could get in and out and head to work for the day. As usual, I received the abundance of confirmation calls, texts, and emails, I completed the lengthy online check in process and even arrived 20 minutes early to my very early appointment. I get checked in and taken to a room, my vitals are taken and I'm told the doctor will be in shortly. After 30 mins of waiting, the tech comes back and says the doctor is stuck in traffic but she should be here soon... this was when I should have known something was up. Well another 30 mins goes by and it's now 8am, no one has come in, and no one has come back with an update. I take it upon myself to go out into the hall and ask for an update. I'm told to go back to my room and someone will be in with an update. Another 5-10mins goes by when the tech comes back and tells me the doctor is actually not even on the schedule today.... WHAT. I'd love to know how I scheduled an appointment on the phone a month ago, got repeat texts and calls confirming my appointment, checked in, got my vitals checked, and waited over an hour before someone noticed that she wasn't scheduled to come in. If I hadn't gone out, how long would they have had me sit there before noticing and letting me know?! As if I didn't have a job to get to and they could waste my time sitting in an office to never even be seen. Absolute insanity. To make matters worse, no one apologized for wasting my time or for the mix up. On my portal they had the nerve to change my appointment to "canceled" even though I was there and waited all that time just for a no show doctor. It's been 2 days now and I haven't even received a call to reschedule, not that I'm going to. I had already decided I was moving my other specialties to other practices, but now I'm moving everything. Penn has wasted enough of my time and lost my respect. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go elsewhere.

The nurse, Christine Carbone was extremely helpful. Shw made my visit feel so assured. I can only suggest that she's a great fit for every client that comes to Penn w carcinomas. Mrs. Carbone lifts and boosts your spirits while giving you much needed medical information, in simplified terms, even i understood. I grade her (A++)!!! Mr Bedwell

Horrible horrible experience I wish I could’ve gone with my wife to give a piece of my mind but I was at work.Basically my wife is pregnant and has been experiencing gestational high blood pressure(according to dr.debbs ) but this doctor had quite literally 0 bed side manners. She left and immediately called me crying because he seemed like he was judging her for her weight gain during her pregnancy and literally laughed at her for it. “Haha you should’ve just gained 10lbs, watch what you eat low sodium diet” then proceeds to tell her that (mind you from the description I heard he is well overweight, you’re a doctor and not pregnant. What’s your excuse?) she is not a severe enough case to be put on a prescription for the high blood pressure (not even 5 or 10mg of lisinopril) but is severe enough to be seen 2 times a week every week for the remainder of her pregnancy. How is losing time at work, spending gas money, spending 2.5 hours twice a week a smarter “solution” then a 5 second fix with a pill in the morning for the next 4 weeks?Needless to say; if I can I will be leaving work early to come with her for these appointments because I’d love to have a conversation with this “doctor”. Sounds to me like he’d rather have you come in just to recurrently bill your health insurance. We will be seeking a second opinion.

Don’t even bother for filling out the form online for an appointment. Most of the providers that stated on site at Cherry Hill location. They don’t even work at that location or no longer with Penn Medicine. Misleading information on the site.

This medical facility has been quickly going downhill, and at a very fast pace.I usually having no complaints, whatsoever, with both my primary physician as well as specialists that I see here, however recently I’ve noticed there’s I’ve had ongoing billing concerns that haven’t been rectified. With both phone calls and emails, still nothing rectified yet today things went way beyond that.Needing to see my primary for a “major concern”, I was given an appointment to see a PA. Unable to get there on my own I had an elderly friend take me to my appointment. Once arrived there was nobody in the building except one person for check in. I was informed that I was a no show, although I was there at my scheduled time, and sent to another section where one person was about to leave. After waiting close to a hour, while “needing to be seen urgently” I was seen by nobody at all. This is beyond upsetting to both myself and to the party that picked me up and drove me there. Especially having a health concern. This facility is becoming more and more unprofessional and all about the money only, strictly business and nothing to do with ones’ health. Terrible.

I am a high risk pregnant patient. I have been to several appts at this location. I have always waited to be seen at least 25 mins. There are mostly elderly patients at this location and I was there for maternity (weird). I hit traffic once this week and checked in 20 mins late. Waited in the waiting area and after 30 minutes I was told the provider was cancelling my appt. Again I’m High Risk and pregnant!! I will not travel to Penn Medicine again after this experience.

One look at this place should tell you about how expensive it is. Doctor Debbs only cares about money and racking up more charges. I was not supposed to have a visit with the doctor but he took it upon himself to assert one when the tech asked him a question about my result. I was charged for an office visit and they would not remove it from my bill. They did not take a weight, height, blood pressure or anything. His visit was a sales pitch for another ultrasound, genetic testing and potential termination. All with a nice insult to my current doctor's office implying they're incompetent.Penn Medicine itself has a very violating enrollment process which requires you to give your race, your gender preference and other things which you are not allowed to decline and are required to answer. They asked so many questions and none of them were relevant to me going there!

Jeff Hopely and the whole pharmacy team at the Penn Medicine Cherry Hill Pharmacy clinic are fabulous! They are knowledgeable, personable, professional, and provide excellent customer service. They will go above and beyond to get you your medications that you need! I highly recommend them!
