I don't live there but I am curious who is responsible for cleaning and picking up litter? It is a disgrace. Do people just throw their trash on the ground and in the hallways? Also, I saw rodent bait boxes around all the buildings. Not a good sign.

Had a tour with Gwen the other week. She was super professional and knowledgeable about the place. The apartments seemed cleaned and up to date. The location is perfect as it's close to Philly and in Cherry Hill. Put in an application and can't wait to hear back about moving in!!
