She assisted with getting me parts for my car and finding a shop that does the internal work for transmission. “Jiffy lube has now included some additional checks including light checks prior to performing your actual service. Rather than just telling you you need new filters such as air or cabin filters, they show you how dirty your existing ones are compared to what the new ones look like.
My experience at this particular location was okay, I wasn't offered to sit in the waiting area with my partner, and we decided to get out ourselves. The floor of the shop was oily with new oil which poses a danger even for the employees.
Other than that, employees were nice and informative and service speed is always fast”
