I saw Ms. Patel for vestibular PT and our first visit went beyond my expectations; she's knowledgeable, thorough and relatable. She prepared me ahead of time for the tests she conducted which reduced my fear of them. Ultimately, she provided me my results and how I should proceed to care for myself. I highly recommend Ms. Patel to anyone dealing with vertigo and dizziness.

I went to Novacare with a severely herniated disc in my neck, causing arm pain (cervical radiculopathy). As an active father eager to avoid surgery and get back to working out, I trusted the team, even when they repeatedly ignored my concerns about nerve pain during sessions. They rarely adjusted my treatment plan, leaving me in more pain after most visits. Mechanical traction of my neck was part of my treatment, but some staff were poorly trained on how to properly setup the machine.
While I understand my condition might not be fully treatable with PT, I followed their home instructions exactly. When the program failed to show results after 4 weeks, they blamed me, attributing my inability to turn my neck to mental barriers and habits—essentially gaslighting my physical pain.
I've since switched to a different PT who tailors my treatment and is helping me recover. Novacare might be fine for mild strains with their cookie-cutter plans and modern machines, but if you have a severe injury where treatment failure could lead to surgery, look elsewhere.

I am impressed with the Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist at Nova Care. They are excellent in their fields. When I have shared a concern they were proactive with therapy. It is also a friendly environment.

Alice Campanella, PT is very knowledgeable and patient. She clearly explained every step of the physical therapy process and ensured that all exercises and stretching were completed correctly and without unnecessary discomfort or pain.
