I gave this score because I live all the way in Brooklyn NY although there are many ATMs available for withdrawals there aren’t any branches close by to deposit or take care of problems that occur prompting me to pay high tolls and drive all the way to CherryHill NJ and wait on a long long line at times just to deposit money. For the amount of clients Navy Federal has they should really consider opening a branch in Manhattan NY(time square) as well as one here in Brooklyn NY we have other local accessible federal banks here in Brooklyn so NAVY FEDERAL PLEASE DO BETTER AND OPEN MORE NEEDED BRANCHES ?

Having only 2 branches is a pain in the balls CH and Horsham. Also, every ATM that supposedly doesn't charge a. user fee does 1 open more branches to serve more of the members and 2 update the software and do something (like get rid of the automated fraud computer. That damn thing has caused me nothing but grief.

The young man at the front desk is a horrible customer service representative. Doesn’t know how to talk to or treat people. Going back tomorrow to close my accounts.Follow up: Received a call from a person whom I think was the branch manager. After my conversion with her my decision to close the accounts was affirmed. Account are closed.

I went in to get a new debit card and was immediately greeted and taken care of. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I appreciate that because I don’t go into banks/credit unions often.
