Excellent customer assistance provided by Myriah. I showed up as the branch was closing but was able to get inside. Myriah promptly assisted me, including getting a lower rate for my auto loan. Extremely grateful and appreciative of her efforts and hope to receive the same service in the future!

Line for teller service are predictably long and slow in the morning's evenings. If this is a known fact, why not plan for these time periods with additional staffing?
